Seller pages are not up to dateI tried to purchase three items in two days, all of the sellers didn't have the itemsIt takes days to get your money backI will not use this site anymore!!

I got locked out of my account on poshmark because they sent an email saying it had been hacked which I think they were behind in the first placeThe email said to lock my account and an email would be sent on how to get back inI never received an email to get back into my account which has a balance in itI'm more concerned with getting my money out of the account which is still on poshmark but I can't access it through the email I have on file with them

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but after trying to troubleshoot a login issue (one that I see has been shared by other users, the "incorrect login or password" error to spite successfully resetting my password multiple times, and doing all common trouble shooting) I contacted the support teamI received a very kind reply initially, which quickly devolved into a string of emails with different representatives telling me to do the exact same thing over and over, with different wording, regardless of what I responded and told them I had already triedOnce I because frustrated and expressed this the communication simply stoppedIf I'm having this much trouble simply trying to use their platform I can't imagine what you would encounter if you actually had a problem buying or selling

This site has a whole bunch of rules on what you can and cannot sellThey take 20% of your sales as wellHowever, when policy violations are brought to their attention, they do nothing about itHorrible customer service!

I have reported numerous online seller for selling used cosmeticsThe did absolutely nothingI’m pretty sure that this is a health hazardIt is against their policy as well but when myself and other posh users report the sellers (who advertise that their products are used) nothing is done

One of the sellers has harassed me and slandered my name, as well as others, and customer service refused to do anything about itI know it is because this particular seller sells their products at outrageous prices by lying about their products, therefore poshmark is making a lot of money off of this sellerThey don't want to risk losing that moneyHowever, I will be suing for slander and listing poshmark as liable since they are refusing to remove the remarksWe'll see how much money they lose then
