They have absolutely horrible customer serviceThey respond with the same canned responses, no matter the situationThese messages take two seconds to send, yet they take over hours to respond every timeI recently had a user (who was disgruntled about who knows what), make 15+ harassing comments on my listings- this was before I could block them! They made racist insults, personal attacks on my appearance, and spread lies about me scamming themIt was clear that this account was made for the sole purpose of harassing me; their account name included MY username! Yet when I contacted Poshmark about this, they refused to remove the comments and claimed that they had "taken the appropriate actions," yet the account was still active!
I have been diagnosed with depression in the past, and things like this affect me deeply-- heck, anyone would feel threatened and insulted! I am back on medications because of this horrible experience, mostly because Poshmark failed to take any action, which to me says that they condone racist remarks, threats, and straigbullyingI made a sale today, but I am cancelling the order and deleting my account immediatelyI refuse to let this joke of a "business" profit from me again- and you can be sure that they will lose business because of me as well!
