I bought a LV bag I looked at the pictures, read the description, trusted PM when they said they had authenticated The bag arrived in complete disrepair - broken zipper, broken handle, dry rotted leather PM offered less than 1/of what I spent and only as credit on their site NEVER again

I placed orders with different sellersEach listing was described as like new and cost over $Order 1: Arrived...cardigan looked new but was ripped across back shoulders seam ,visible ONLY when it pulled open while being worn - didn't see this until I checked out the rear view in a mirror - UNWEARABLE Order 2: Looked good in photos but arrived badly wrinkled beneath arms, breast and at the waist - obviously worn and sweated in for hours NEEDED FUMIGATINGwas not 'like new'Order 3: NEVER ARRIVED - Post Office said it was delivered, but it must have been left at the wrong addressPosh Mark says this is my problemPost Office insists it was delivered - but it wasn'tI work from home and talk to my mail carrier ( of years) almost every day - she did NOT deliver itTOTAL LOSS : $never again I'M DELETING MY POSH MARK ACCOUNTThe policies sound great until you actually have a problem - then you realize customer service is non existent and communication is almost impossibleBuyer Beware - this site is a real gamble? Order Id *** Poshmark allowed a return on an item that was pictured from all angles and same item was sent to the userThey provided a clearly photosopped picture with multiple changes to reason why they accepted the return where user has colored part of the photo because of her changed mindShe also took days to report it and Poshmark completely disregarded anything and allowed her to return completely against their policies and completely not caring about seller and how clearly item was photographed and the buyers photos edited

After hitting a wrong purchase button on their website I Immediately,within seconds canceled ,they charged my account and took days to process a refund which caused me to have to overdrafts on My account you cannot speak to anybody in customer service all you get are automated email responses and I want my $back in charges

I have purchased items on two separate occasions and the product arrived broken and Poshmark guarantees to take care of issues like this with refunds but I have submitted three issue emails and they will not help meThey have only responded once with directions on how to submit a formal refund and I have but they keep telling me I need to submit it and I haveThey are now not replying to any of my emails and there is not a number for me to call to speak with a personI want a refund on the two items that arrived brokenI do have pictures of all broken items

I and my girlfriend signed up using Poshmark with separate accountsWell my girlfriend placed an order for some items but did not complete the purchaseIn order to get the payment for these items Poshmark went into my account and used my debit card on file to pay for these items while the debit card on her profile had insufficient fundsTwo separate accounts Poshmark sought to get paid fromFor one the transaction didn’t go through on the first account so the transaction should have stayed canceledBut instead they took money from my card and caused my account to be barred from my debit card company now I can never open a card at that institutionSince then I have also been barred from Poshmark who has poor customer service and does not make sufficient effort to help their customersI would like a full refund of my money and an apology from this company

I contacted poshmark to handle a returnI received a automated email but no real reply from poshmarkThis is the second time Ive needed something canceled/returned and poshmark has been absent in the situation1st there is no option for you to simply return the item so you have to go through poshmark in order to get it returned and boy do they love to take there timeThey tell you not to send multiple inquiries about an order but they fail to actually answer and only leave you days to do an actual returnI don't have all day to waste waiting for poshmark to send a return labelI want a full refund for my item Im not so sure if I will be using this company again

I have requested to speak with a manager numerous times with this company, and all I get is emails from different people not knowing a think about the situation I was charged for an item I cancelled and I was told I would get a refundI cancelled this item and received a confirmation emailed less than mins after So WHY was I still charged for the item , I will go back to using *** , this place is a joke and a complete insult to online shopping!

I just starting selling boutique items on Poshmark and have bought from their wholesale merchantsOne of my wholesale orders was incompleteI ordered a set of scarves, a set of sweatshirts, a set of shirts, and a set of sweatersThree items arrived and the sweatshirts did notI got the notice to accept my order because it had arrived and instead I clicked the button that says "not delivered"It said to wait three days to see if the items show upI waited and then sent an email to customer service telling them I had not received one of my itemsBy this point I had been charged for the full orderThat happened automatically on day threeI didn't get a response other than an automated email saying it may take up to hours to get a responseI left a one star rating for the seller and mentioned I was missing an itemI got no response from her eitherI waited another week and sent another email to Poshmark, but still got no responseI'm out money for a wholesale item I did not
