Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delays.
The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. The account remains active.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/26/2015 has been refunded, $114.00
The complainant was also refunded $10 for owed Pay Portal funds.  
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowthe order I placed in April was as a customer, from a different advisor. I did not profit what so ever from the sale. I specificly ordered as a customer because of the 60 day money back guarantee. maybe the rules should be more specific and include that ambassadors are not customers even if they order as one.

Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint. I have carefully reviewed the complainants account and found that it has been deactivated as of 4/14/2015 upon receipt of the properly completed cancellation form.The request for processing the Annual Fee refund has...

been submitted to the Refund’s Department and will be processed in the order in which it was received. Once processed please allow 3-5 business days for the complainants financial institution to reflect this credit.If you should need anything further please let me know.Thank you.

After a few months no weight loss and no other changes my orders one month was late and I had to reorder it due to their update then this month they carded my credit card without sending out my order and it was still at their home office and they are making me get the order then send it back and inspected before I can get my refund. All after being on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes. And emailing them 3 times with no response.

be processed today minus the shipping charges per our policy. However please do

not return the unused products. Please allow 3-5 business days for these funds

you have up to 60 days from receipt of the product to contact Customer Service

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delays.
Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/14/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. All orders dated after 12/14/2015 will be refunded in full.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/13/2016 has been refunded, $84.00.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/13/2016 has been refunded, $76.00.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.

complaint. We apologize for the human error that failed to close your account and cancel the auto shipment as promised in your last Revdex.com complaint response. Please see the attached screen shot of your terminated account.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the response submitted by the complainant. Unfortunately we are not in possession of the order in question, [redacted]. Tracking on the package still shows that the package was delivered to the complainant on September 13, 2014.With no updated tracking information and having not received the product a refund request cannot be submitted. If the complainant can provide return tracking information the return/refund process can be started. I have attached the invoice and tracking information for your review. it is still completely unacceptable it took this long for a reply. Plexus is a disgrace of a company and I will actively dissuade anyone from using them.
