I hope they also stop all shipments, but I think we are good. Thank you

Plexus has helped me so much! It has given me more energy, I am no longer on blood pressure medication. And I have PCOS, but thanks to Plexus not only do I not have to take medicine for that (which is awful) but it has helped me with infertility and we are now expecting! ??

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the Distributor's follow up comments. Upon further review of the account and analysis of recorded calls, we are able to honor Ms. [redacted]'s request to refund the items listed in the comments. These funds will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchases and should be reflected within 72 business hours.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. After review it has been determined that the checks included in the images were not issued by Plexus but instead by a third party intending to commit fraud because:
-We do not issue manual checks that are...
handwritten.
-We do not recognize the signature on the check - it is not the signature of an authorized signer on our business account.
-There is no check number on the check images we received. Serial numbers are a required check feature.
-The placement of our logo and company name and information does not correspond to where that information is included in our
company check stock.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
Plexus Worldwide Ambassadors are now able to visit [redacted] to register their Ambassador accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to Ambassadors monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at [redacted] by first registering and then logging in to the Ambassador account.
The complainant’s Ambassador Account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
The complainant stated, “I have also sent numerous e-mails requesting cancellation of my membership. I have received confirmation that they received my request, but they have not confirmed that they have cancelled my membership.”
Unfortunately we are not able to locate any emails sent from the provided, [redacted]. If the complainant could please submit the dated email requests sent to [redacted] to be reviewed for any refunds to be considered.

overdraft fees were denied.The order dated December 15th was refunded to him on the 30th of December and would reflect on his account within 24-72 hours. If for some reason, the refund did not post to his account, we would need a copy of a bank statement or a letter from his bank confirming he did not receive the refund on the credit card originally used for the December order.As much as we want to make all of our customers happy, we cannot reimburse [redacted] for overdraft fees that was not caused by Plexus Worldwide.The first attachment is of [redacted]'s account showing all of his orders processing on the 14th as requested. Including the November order [redacted] stated was processed on the 13th, which actually processed on the 14th. The second attachment is of the December 15th order showing a refund was processed on the 15th to the credit card used to place this order.[redacted]'s account has been cancelled and no future orders will process on his account.Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us again.Thank you,[redacted]

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
The ambassador return policy is detailed in the ambassador policies and procedures that the complainant agreed to on 3/9/2016 through the online sign up process.
Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.
The complainant’s order [redacted] was a welcome pack. This order included their $34.95 signup fee and discounted products. This order was refunded $133.95 on 3/18/2016. This amount was minus the original shipping charges, $4.05.
If the complainant could review their bank records of the card ending in [redacted] to verify this.

however, I have gone ahead and cancelled her account without the form, taking this complaint as the written notice. Although I was able to have the Annual Fee from 06/20/2015, I am unable to refund the Annual Fee from 06/20/2014. With no communication found since June of 2014 and no evidence of a completed cancellation form being returned I am only able to refund the fee that falls within our policy for basic returns. I hope this meets the satisfaction of the complainant. If you should need anything further please let me know.Thank you.
I ordered a product that was sent back to the company. I informed them to send it back out to my address and they failed to do so, the post office confirmed it never went back to our box. When I tried for a refund I got ignored and then denied. They claimed they would only reship the product now after 3.5 months and nothing else though it was their fault it never got sent back to me. They held onto my refund for 3.5 months and never tried to contact me again about reshipping the item or getting a refund. They are a joke!
