PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (“PennyMac”) strives to provide superior customer service and respond to all inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Please allow me to begin by apologizing for the frustration or inconvenience this matter caused you Your comments and concerns are greatly appreciated and please be assured that Senior Management was apprised of your feedback Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office completed a thorough review of the loan’s account activity to verify the payments applied to the loan A PennyMac representative contacted MrS [redacted] on January 16, 2014, to discuss his concerns and provide him with a substantive response addressing those concerns A follow up conversation was held with MrS [redacted] on January 17, MrS [redacted] was advised that his request to expedite his refund was processed with funds being wired back to his account The wire included the reimbursement for an incoming wiring fee of $ MrS [redacted] was provided with the wire confirmation number for tracking purposes PennyMac understand the frustration and inconvenience a situation of this nature can cause a consumer An apology letter explaining the situation and confirming the refund was mailed to MrS***

pennyMac has terrible customer service and charges fees for everything It is very difficult to make a simple paymentI have even been called on the weekends to collect a payment I had already madeAnd when I pointed out that I made an online payment days earlier pennyMac would say oh and hang upRefinancing to get out of dealing with this company
PennyMac bought my loan from Chase in July of I was in the middle of a modification loanSince then after months of back and forth I finally received the paperwork the first part of NovemberI have signed and returned paperwork (which they have), paid all payments on time, and am now getting foreclosure letters certified and regular mailI was told it hasn't closed yet and not to worry, just ignore the letters????? My stress level is a hrough the roof and I am disabled with MS so this is triggering an episodeIs this a "predatory" situation? I need answers now, no more threatening letters!!!!

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: According to my records, the information stated in the response from PennyMac is untrue The last call that I received was today (9/29), and it was an automated message "regarding the status of my account" and requesting that I give them a call back Prior to today's call, the last call of any from PennyMac was on 9/24, and, again, was the same automated message This would mean that at the time that this response was sent by PennyMac, they had not reached out to me after the 9/call I, however, did reach out to PennyMac one last time, prior to filing a complaint, on 9/to confirm that PennyMac would offer no assistance on the issue of a PennyMac employee signing for the receipt of delivery of my mortgage check (as can be seen in the attachment) and then misplacing I received no call on 9/28, and any direct mail that I have received is in regards to my account being past due, directly related to this lost payment, or, as on 9/25/16, giving me possible foreclosure options because it would "seem" that I am unable to make my payments I have also tried numerous times to communicate and reason with PennyMac, as has my bank that issued the check, but could not come to any resolutions, which is why I have reached out for help Regards, P [redacted]

Worst mortgage company I've ever worked with as a contractorTo begin with, they don't have a way you can email the veritable mountain of paperwork they require in order to release the insurance proceeds for repairsYou MUST fax itWhich is unreliable as it means that a human is sorting faxes to individual filesThen you have to wait business days for them to "upload" everythingOh and if they fail to do so, you have to start the process all over againThis kills so much time when trying to start a jobGods forbid that the job requires repairs before snow starts falling! Secondly, the phone reps seem ill equipped to answer the most basic of questionsIf I'm just making a call to see if they received our faxed documents, I shouldn't have to be transferred between different departments to get a "yes" or "no." Oh, and forget asking if they've process these documents yet or if they've been accepted as a contractor for your customerYou'll never have enough authorization from them to get an answer Long story short, they're a contractor's nightmare when trying to simply confirm paperworkBut then again mortgage companies like this sad, pathetic one put all of these hurdles in the way so that they can hang on to insurance repair money longerAll of that interest adds up to millions of dollars a year and it's practically criminal
If I had a choice, I would not deal with this company at all I made a payment online and simply wanted to change the effective date of the payment Problems, as always, with the website made me question whether the change had been madeI called and spoke with a representative who assured me that the original payment had been cancelled and the new one entered To my dismay, the original payment was still processed and the money taken from my account Apparently the rep cancelled my cancellation It's been days since that payment and I have not yet received a refund, though they fully admit it's Pennymac's error I made a similar attempt on its website today to change a payment and, just as before, the system is not working properly I hate, hate, hate this company and hope my mortgage will soon be transferred to another
