Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Thus far PennyMac has done nothing to make me believe that they are helping to resolve this issue I received a call on 10/from someone claiming to be in front of the investigation I called back an hour later and left a message, though I cannot confirm that it was the correct voice mail box since there was not greeting message I did not receive a call back I attempted to call the number again on 10/ I still have not received a call back Since then, I have received automated PennyMac calls on 10/5, 10/7, and 10/requesting the payment that has been misplaced by PennyMac Regards, [redacted]
Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: In PennyMac's response I will receive letter in BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for days if I didn't respondAlso In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phoneBut to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for times but didn't -- they've ruined my trust and patience As a result, I have to reject to keep the case open until I received the refund Read in PennyMac's response: A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to MrHuang under separate cover within business days Read in Revdex.com's letter: Please respond within days or the complaint will be closed as assumed resolved Regards,Z [redacted] ***

Complaint: 10723582 I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to my Attorney on Monday. She explained to me that it is a Federal and State Law that PennyMac Loan services must report my mortgage payments to the credit bureaus. I was also advised to file a complaint with one of the credit bureaus as well. I am currently paying taxes on the part of my modification that pennymac describes as " forgivable". I received a 10-99 C. Also, my bankruptcy has nothing to do with this company. My bankruptcy was dismissed and I have assumed all debts and they have been paid or are being paid. Lastly, pennymac was not included in my bankruptcy and again it was dismissed not discharged. My attorney advised that that holds no relevance because it's against federal and state guidelines and law for Pennymac to fail to report my payments. And this is causing me a hardship. My credit scores reflect low scores. I have been paying my mortgage for almost two years with no late payments. This needs to be resolved ASAP. My life is on hold regarding finances and moving due to this disservice to me. Please fix this. I'm sure others are going through the same thing. Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, L [redacted] I appreciate the initial outreach from PennyMac, however the call-back information provided appears to be defectiveHaving left multiple messages on a voicemail box with no identification, none of my messages have elicited any further response Relying on written communication with PennyMac has so far not proven to be an effective means of communicationAlmost none of the facts identified nor simple requests for a corrective audit have been addressed, and authors appear un able to deviate from a position that PennyMac’s processes are infallible, whereas this position is easy to dismiss through simple logic I will await written follfrom PennyMacNevertheless, I cannot stress too strongly that my overwhelming preference is to have a single, authoritative point of contact assigned that can be contacted reliably, to conduct the same manner of audit and evaluation previously been conducted by PennyMac with respect to the Escrow accounting, which resulted in the award of a significant refund to me

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The information requested and sent in by me was done back in October and in November I got information that I did not qualify for refinance through FHA because of my income after losing my ex husband's retirement from the military The bank Penny Mac is the one that did the paperwork, review , etc for the FHA and the letter I got was from them I find it irresponsible that when the review was taking place they were not using the same information for the short sale Some of the paperwork has been sent in or more times like it has been lost The real estate agent has sent in all the forms they asked for from him again as of yesterday The person we are dealing with says he has sent it off and requested approval for the short sale and then he sends something else mentioning that he needs it so he can "send off" so we never know where it is at What we do know is that we had a December closing for the house and because of sending in paperwork several times (I sent same day or next day) it was not able to close By the grace of God the buyer extended the contract to February so now we are waiting again for approval...over another month Once this has been approved by FHA there is no excuse for them to drag their feet like this I feel like they are deliberately trying to force house into foreclosure instead of allowing the short sale Regards, [redacted]
