I attempted to return two birthday presents today and was told by two associates, Liz and Lizeth, that they couldn't return the items The two items had receipts but were past the supposed "day time limit", that is not listed anywhere in the store
The two associates at the counter, Liz and Lizeth, have not taken my returns at least twice before They are unapologetic about the situation and have just shrugged their shoulders when I have asked them what recourse I have I have seen them take returns under the similar circumstances for other people, but they always have an issue with my return In the past, I have tried to call in to the manager and was placed on hold indefinitely and then hung up on when I called the store a second time
As I stated above, these returns had receipts which were dated in April and May, but they said they couldn't take these returns because they were past the day deadline I know that they could have approved these returns because another associate told me it was possible for them to approve the said returns
In July, I simply let the issue go after complaining the manager, the manager went as far as to list the date on my return log to come in, when I went in, again these two ladies didn't believe a manager wrote those dates on the receipt and quizzed me as to who wrote that date on the receipt
In August, after not being able to be connected to a manager, I had to bring my husband in to process the returns, because the time before they had erroneously listed extra returns on my return history after scanning items but they weren't able to process the times but they told me " they would fall off my history" , they are still there They also because they didn't want to take the time to get approval, ran returns twice on my husband's drivers licence so now he has two returns on his licences when there should have only been one
These two associates are very poor representatives of your Walmart and I will now make sure through all means possible, publicize this experience so that other won't have to go through what I have had to experience as the hands of these two associates They give your organization a very poor reputation There are other Walmarts in our valley, as well as wonderful Target that we've been shopping at more and more
I don't know what you and the managers at the store can do about this but we as a family and I will encourage my community members to not visit this store or at least visit other better Walmarts in the valley

I would like to warn any and all who might send their wives to have a flat fixed at the Woodville Texas Walmart or the Walmart in Alvin Texas to beware
First I took my vehicle to the Woodville Texas Walmart to have the right rear tire fixed and was told they could not find any leakSo I then went on a trip to Alvin Texas and when I checked the tire it had lost air and then took it to the Walmart in Alvin Texas to have it repaired again and was charged for the repair but after returning to Woodville Texas the same tire was still leaking
I then sent my wife to the Walmart in Woodville Texas to have the same exact tire repaired and they told her that the tire was a cheap tire(bought it from walmart,Woodville Texas) and that it was dry rotted and could not be fixed (approxyear old tire with fair tread,no cracks)
because they had had so much problem finding the leak(nail) I took the tire washed it sprayed it with soap found the nail and marked it with a crayon so they would find it Each and every time I have gone to this walmart they have ruined the wheel covers so I removed it beforehandIt is apparent that they are in the business to sell "wheel covers" and "tires" and have trained their employees to destroy your wheel covers and lie to anyone they believe might not know much about cars
My advice is to drive right past Walmart T.L.Eand go to a real tire shop I have worked on cars since the 60's but am now disabled and would really like to find someone who will not lie to my wife with the intent to sell her things she does not need

I visited Walmart (#994) in New Port Richey, FL today to have a tire replacedMy husband had visited this store two weeks ago to have a different tire replaced on the same carHe came come talking about what a wonderful experience he hadI went in today expecting to have the same experience but was quickly disappointedAfter waiting for someone to show up at the counter to assist me, I was met by Elizardo(the manager)He gave me a quote for a tire (the same kind my husband had purchased) but for nearly $more than what my husband had paid just two weeks beforeI informed him of what my husband had paid and that I would like to pay the sameHe argued that this was not possibleElizardo then lowered the cost by ten dollarsI told him my husbands phone number- so he could look up and see the same exact car was serviced two weeks ago for the amount I told himHe argued with me about why it was moreI asserted that I wanted to pay the same amount my husband has paidElizardo then lowered the cost by more dollarsAnd once more, argued as to why I had to pay moreIt wasn't informing him that I would report him to Revdex.com that he offered me service at the same priceI thanked him and left until pick upWhen my husband and I arrived for pickup we found that while a tire was put on the car- the spare and parts had been the tossed into the trunk and left to roll around the carAgain, two weeks prior the tire and parts were put back with care and properlyWhy had two weeks before my husband come home bragging about the customer service from this store and here I was met with such sexist prejudice behaviorIt was embarrassing being talked to like that and being blatantly up-charged
Went to Walmart to cash check and deposit moneyI gave the cashier $and instead of depositing $in my account she withdrew $
At 12:06pm I was at Walmart cashing my checkI also wanted to deposit some money ($900)After cashing my check, I gave the cashier $dollars$for the deposit, $for the chargeThe cashier took my money, gave me changeI checked my account the next day, expecting to see $dollars but instead I saw $The entered my deposit as a withdrawal instead of an depositWalmart corporate said they have no control over their stores and the manager will have to retrain the cashierThe store manager said they will count their drawers in 2daysStore location Monaca Walmart area code XXXXX
Failed to secure a wheel cap on tire replacement, now its gone
I had a tire replaced at Walmart and they did not put my wheel cap back on correctly, so now it has come off and is goneI have to replace it and I feel it is Walmart responsibility to either replace or refund for my out of pocket expense

The *** at Walmart on Howell Mill in Atlanta, Ga was horribleI ordered several dishes for my daughter's graduation reception and anything that could have gone wrong didFirst, my cupcake order was completely wrong from the decorations to the flavorI ordered white cupcakes and got white/chocolateBecause most of my guests, including my daughter, doesn't eat chocolate cake, we ended up giving many of those awayHe grad picks weren't in the cupcakes, the wrong color icing was on them and the sprinkles were notMoving on to my deli order...I ordered a piece fried chicken and the employees totally missed that orderShe was dropping chicken to sell at the deli but I had to insist she give me the chicken she had cookedIn addition, I ordered two trays of pin wheelschicken chaser and chicken bacon ranch but I ended up with two trays of the same typeWith all of this, I ran late setting up for my guestProbably worse of all, I called to speak to the customer service manager and after I told him the problem he asks me to hold but never returns to the phoneAfter minutes of being on hold I finally hung up

Beginning of June I purchased a tv that does not work
I purchased a inch Hi Sense TV from Wal-MartI used cash to pay for the tv and ironically I have misplaced the receipt but I know for a fact that I purchased from this particular Wal-MartI am not sure as to why the serial number or any other number is registering in the systemThese TV's are still in stock at Wal-Mart so I only wanted an exchangeThe tv purchased is still in it's original packaging; I usually do not have an issue with Wal-Mart electronics; however, this tv does not work
I would like to warn any and all who might send their wives to have a flat fixed at the Woodville Texas Walmart or the Walmart in Alvin Texas to beware
First I took my vehicle to the Woodville Texas Walmart to have the right rear tire fixed and was told they could not find any leakSo I then went on a trip to Alvin Texas and when I checked the tire it had lost air and then took it to the Walmart in Alvin Texas to have it repaired again and was charged for the repair but after returning to Woodville Texas the same tire was still leaking
I then sent my wife to the Walmart in Woodville Texas to have the same exact tire repaired and they told her that the tire was a cheap tire(bought it from walmart,Woodville Texas) and that it was dry rotted and could not be fixed (approxyear old tire with fair tread,no cracks)
because they had had so much problem finding the leak(nail) I took the tire washed it sprayed it with soap found the nail and marked it with a crayon so they would find it Each and every time I have gone to this walmart they have ruined the wheel covers so I removed it beforehandIt is apparent that they are in the business to sell "wheel covers" and "tires" and have trained their employees to destroy your wheel covers and lie to anyone they believe might not know much about cars
My advice is to drive right past Walmart T.L.Eand go to a real tire shop I have worked on cars since the 60's but am now disabled and would really like to find someone who will not lie to my wife with the intent to sell her things she does not need

Bought a phone card that is for dialing an 800# and making long distance calls instead of a prepaid card for ATT wirelessThe store refused to take it back and told me to call ATTI called ATT and they said "look at the back of the card for terms and conditions." The back of the card says "refundable only at Walmart." ATT told me go back to store againI was again told it was non-refundableNeither the card nor my receipt says non-refundable
