I visited Walmart (#994) in New Port Richey, FL today to have a tire replacedMy husband had visited this store two weeks ago to have a different tire replaced on the same carHe came come talking about what a wonderful experience he hadI went in today expecting to have the same experience but was quickly disappointedAfter waiting for someone to show up at the counter to assist me, I was met by Elizardo(the manager)He gave me a quote for a tire (the same kind my husband had purchased) but for nearly $more than what my husband had paid just two weeks beforeI informed him of what my husband had paid and that I would like to pay the sameHe argued that this was not possibleElizardo then lowered the cost by ten dollarsI told him my husbands phone number- so he could look up and see the same exact car was serviced two weeks ago for the amount I told himHe argued with me about why it was moreI asserted that I wanted to pay the same amount my husband has paidElizardo then lowered the cost by more dollarsAnd once more, argued as to why I had to pay moreIt wasn't informing him that I would report him to Revdex.com that he offered me service at the same priceI thanked him and left until pick upWhen my husband and I arrived for pickup we found that while a tire was put on the car- the spare and parts had been the tossed into the trunk and left to roll around the carAgain, two weeks prior the tire and parts were put back with care and properlyWhy had two weeks before my husband come home bragging about the customer service from this store and here I was met with such sexist prejudice behaviorIt was embarrassing being talked to like that and being blatantly up-charged
On June 15th at hrs., I was shopping at the Walmart in Apple Valley MN Because of the items I had, I did not use the self checkout lane, plus I do not like to do self checkout
There were approximately customer service lanes and only of them were open with long lines I am not happy the time it took me to purchase my items all because they did not have more checkout lines open Having only lanes open is not good customer service, it's terrible customer service

I went to walmart to return an itemWalmart employee with an attitude refused my returnI have my receipt and sku tag for itemTheir hair should have been not any issue on returning my item that I was trying to return because I have my receipt and the SKU tag so I'm still confused on why Walmart refuses to return my item when you return stuff that's half eaten a generator that was used in airbag that was open but you refused to return a makeup bag when I have my receipt for it it makes no sense
EVERY WEEK, they have higher prices programmed in the registers than what is marked on the products Sometimes it is just pennies but many times it is $or more This adds upThey lure you in with their "low prices" but they gouge you every time with higher prices at the register This is a crime but there is nothing we can do about it
