Had to pay additional cost to return item with manufacturer's defect
We purchased a tent for plus tax on Walmart.com After we set up the tent, we discovered a hole in the material near one of the joints in the tent poles, like the fabric had been pinched during shipment We returned it to the nearest Walmart store as instructed by Walmart.com We found the identical tent in the store and took it to the customer service counter We were told we could return the defected tent, but the new tent was a different price and we had to pay the difference
So, we returned a tent with a manufacturer's defect, got the same tent from the store, but had to pay over $additional cost This is unfair and we should not have to pay for an issue which was clearly not our fault We were told by customer service that this is store policy and they could not help us further

missouri ave n largo fl Went to this walmart 4/8/at 2pm to be directed to the return line when I said several times it was an ONLINE purchase from my baby registry So at months pregnant I waited a half hour to get to the front of the line to be told I had to wait in the online purchase line!! needless to say everyone was RUDE The "online" person then comes to the counter about 5-minutes later to type in my initials of my first and last name ...like the other lady couldn't do that???! I was then turned away like that was the one and only thing that they could do to look my order up spoke to the supposed manager to tell us if they couldn't find it she wasnt going to be able to find it either we then call the corporate office to go round and round and round with him dont know his name but his number is 727-504- tells us he sees the order but its not paid for ...then he claims he needed an order number I sent him a text message with all order numbers on it he could only find 2! then says he was going to give me a gift card and have all purchases at the front counter waiting for us my mother in law was on the phone with walmart as well trying to accomplish the same thing - she was also told that the order would be at the front desk My husband now goes back at 6:25pm to pick up this order that is waiting waits in line AGAIN for min to be turned away again!!!! they cant find the order anywhere! call my mother in law again to explain the situatiuon we only got this order at 8:PM most ridiculous waste of time! what a joke this store is and the employees! they don't have respect for their selves and jobs so they treat customers like st I never received a confirmation email that I even had purchases waiting for me how was I to even know the order number unless the purchaser gave it to me??? they acted like they didnt even know that you could do a baby registry online I will NEVER return to this store maybe even never go to walmart again even if I have to pay more to waste most of my day off of work to deal with this bull!

A yellow vest person comes up said just void if off and give it to her for free and walks awayThe lady stands there with an attitude and said I can't do that and waits for the other yellow vest lady to come up that got a replacement bag of red skin potatoes for me that was openedShe was very nice and helpful and she fixed the problem and rang it up correctly for the water refillI told the nice yellow vest lady if I could get that woman's name as I wanted to notify corps offices off her bad behavior the rude cashier throws her badge down says here's my name and the yellow vest lady had to get assistance to get this rude cashier away from the register apologizing for this woman's rudenessI could not find one person at customer service to assist with this woman's rudeness and could not get the proper spelling of this woman's name but it was something like Gauavine or something
I listed you all my receipt numbers so you should be able to locate and have this type of behavior handled correctly as she was extremely rudeI completely praise the yellow vest woman she tried to clear that rude lady that was very rude and kept apologizing for her rudeness

When ever I purchase things, I usually use my card as a credit card, I don't prefer to use as a debit card, even though the payment comes from my bank account Every time prior to yesterday, I would always get a credit back to my account Yesterday, Walmart's customer service employee, told me I only could get cash back That is not the way I paid for the merchandize and I didn't want cash back If I wanted cash, I would have used my card as a debit card I also contacted a bank manager and he said the register determines whether one gets credit back to their card or cash Also, I believe that Walmart's products are getting more expensive than some grocery stores, it doesn't seem to be a discount store as it claims I am a very disgusted customer and I may just choose to shop elsewhere from now on If I am supposed to get cash instead of credit if returns are made, then in should be denoted on the original register tape, no where on the tape does it reveal that

Today June 11, at approximately 7:am I went into Walmart located at Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA I was going to return a couple of Combat roach gels and one combat roach bait to the storeDue to the fact that these were the same roach gels that I had prior, and they do not work When I arrived at the return center of this store A young Puerto Rican girl was working in this section, and I told her I had a return and that I paid with PayPal The young lady said that she can give me a gift card back She then said don't you have a PayPal credit card and I said, "No." I told her it is supposed to be cash she then says,"no it is a gift card don't you have the PayPal credit card it will go back to your credit card." I said no I don't have the PayPal credit card and my PayPal account is not linked to my debit or credit card; It is PayPal credit, it use to be bill me later and that I use to have issues returning with thatI told her Cedarbrook Walmart gives me cash backI asked her who is the district manager , she said Walmart does not have district managers anymore I said yall don't she said no, then I asked who the manager was she Walmart doesn't have managers anymoreI looked up and no picture was on the wall, I said a picture use to be up there I asked her can she call Walmart.com and she said "no" she can get someone for me I tried to call Walmart.com but they were closed

When ever I purchase things, I usually use my card as a credit card, I don't prefer to use as a debit card, even though the payment comes from my bank account Every time prior to yesterday, I would always get a credit back to my account Yesterday, Walmart's customer service employee, told me I only could get cash back That is not the way I paid for the merchandize and I didn't want cash back If I wanted cash, I would have used my card as a debit card I also contacted a bank manager and he said the register determines whether one gets credit back to their card or cash Also, I believe that Walmart's products are getting more expensive than some grocery stores, it doesn't seem to be a discount store as it claims I am a very disgusted customer and I may just choose to shop elsewhere from now on If I am supposed to get cash instead of credit if returns are made, then in should be denoted on the original register tape, no where on the tape does it reveal that

Today June 11, at approximately 7:am I went into Walmart located at Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA I was going to return a couple of Combat roach gels and one combat roach bait to the storeDue to the fact that these were the same roach gels that I had prior, and they do not work When I arrived at the return center of this store A young Puerto Rican girl was working in this section, and I told her I had a return and that I paid with PayPal The young lady said that she can give me a gift card back She then said don't you have a PayPal credit card and I said, "No." I told her it is supposed to be cash she then says,"no it is a gift card don't you have the PayPal credit card it will go back to your credit card." I said no I don't have the PayPal credit card and my PayPal account is not linked to my debit or credit card; It is PayPal credit, it use to be bill me later and that I use to have issues returning with thatI told her Cedarbrook Walmart gives me cash backI asked her who is the district manager , she said Walmart does not have district managers anymore I said yall don't she said no, then I asked who the manager was she Walmart doesn't have managers anymoreI looked up and no picture was on the wall, I said a picture use to be up there I asked her can she call Walmart.com and she said "no" she can get someone for me I tried to call Walmart.com but they were closed

I said I don't have a PayPal credit card I have PayPal credit it is not linked to a credit card or a debit card it is supposed to be a refund of cash The rude man was already nasty but it was mild I then asked him to speak to someone over him he said, "I am the manager and I am the last stop." I asked him "you don't have anyone over you."
