This review is about the worst service I have ever received in a Wal-Mart store
I recently purchased some boots from Wal-Mart and found they were the wrong size once getting home and wearing them bothI had them days until I had time to return and exchange themI work Third shift so when I'm out its lateI arrived at Walmart in Murphy to exchange the bootsI walked to the self-checkout as all the employees were gathered eating candy bars and drinking soda and I found *** the return "specialist" I explained the situation and let him know I'm returning these for a size smallerTags were still on item and a printed Wal-Mart price was even on the side of the boxI did not think to keep the receipt so I did not have it*** explained he would need it to do anything since he does not know if Wal-Mart sales the bootsThe cashier let *** know they are in the shoe Deptshe has seen themI let *** know it was important that I can size these down I have to work tomorrow He refused to even look at the boots or even validate the price tag to see it was from Walmart *** made me feel like I had stolen boots from him and I was a modern day thief trying to get something past himThis is not the case I simply wanted a smaller size, no money or gift card just an exchange that I have received before with no issuesI let *** know I would go to my nearby Walmart Blairsville Ga and they would take care of me , he said that he would call and let them know I would be coming not to take care of it without a receipt At that time I asked him for his name and left the storeI then drove to Walmart miles away Blairsville Ga and returned the boots for a smaller pair with no issues I would suggest stay away from Murphy NC Walmart unless you want to be ignored and treated like a thief I have lived near this Walmart my entire life and it has gone downhill more and moreI suggest the nearby Blairsville Walmart where you will be treated like a valued customer

Went to buy a tillerThey had a front tined tiller marked for dollarsSaid that the sticker was meant for sometging else and would not sale the item for price marked and then printed off a sticker for it and showed it to meI have pics of itemNo other tiller was marked with a price abd it was the only one with oil in it and no paperworkI dnt think they should be allowed to do thisThere employees make a mistake and they want to try and blame you for not asking or for not knowingManagers name was ShirleyAnd of there employees stated they smelt gas in it

After porting my number out to another company at the end of a billing cycle with this non-contract company, they claim I owe them two moths of serviceI paid for service prior to the month or service was disconnectedThey refuse to provide proof of service and billing so I may pay any balance I haveI have requested multiple times to be sent a copy of the statements showing the service vsPayments and have not had a responseI have tried contacting them and after being asked to email customer relations and the escalation team, I am still waiting for a responseNow they are threatening me with sending the bill to collections after the 16thI have been in communication with them for days to resolve this issue and am still awaiting a response from the escalation team

I have my mobile service with Walmart Family Mobile powered by TMobile but TracFone Wireless is now the carrier I paid my phone service plan of $plus tax on 6/2/at Walmart on Camp Jackson Road in Illinois I do not have any phone service I went to Walmart to check on this and they said they do not handle the phone issue I was told that they could see where the payment was made to TracFone but was not going to refund my payment I was told that I could purchase a new SIM card or wait and they would send it to Walmart for me to pick up

On October 17th, 2017, I received the wosre treatment ever in Wal-Mart The worse thing for me is that my loved ones were exposed tooMy brother, sister-in-law, and myself are all young professionals with high degrees ranging from Master's to DoctorateWe were verbally attacked and mistreated by Wal-Mart associates who seemed to think that they could treat and talk to us anyway because of how we looked, and they escalated a situation, until they almost got physical, but we walked awayUnfortunately, it didn't matter that they looked like usI was able to watch how they treated other clientele during the process of filing my incident reportI quickly realized they treated us that way because they thought it was ok because of our ethnicity (it didn't matter that we were the same ethnicity)
Per Corporate request, I filed and Incident report and the store Manager TIffany *** hasn't had the decenncy to call regarding the issue of her cashier Margaret and CSM Chassity's rude, verbally abusive, and ghetto behaviorThey escalated the situation, despite my continued request to speak to a store manager (salaried manager, as per Walmart's protocol)

When I stopped service with them I was charged an extra month charge and lied to about the service both by walmart when I started the service and by customer service which spoke in broken english and did not make any since about the chargesIn all they auto deducted bucks and if I didn't call and *** I feel sure they would have tried more ideas to keep up the game and auto deduct more.Seems I got a different story every time I called them, that's what really got me.I really regret giving them the power to deduct from my accountI know it seems like a small amount of money but I live on a gov't check and they almost cost me a $charge from my bank and since they can auto deduct and I now know how they do business I'm holding my breath to see what happens next.Very dishonest company

I am not a customer of Walmart Family Mobile I received calls from an automated line yesterday advising me that my account was about to be closed
On 10/05/I received calls from Walmart Family Mobile's automated line 877-645-on my work phone These calls were automated and they offered no ability to speak to a representative or advise that they were calling the wrong number I would hang up and then the automated number would immediately call back I am not now nor have I ever been a Walmart Family Mobile customer I went to the internet and looked up Walmart Family Mobile's customer service line (877) 440- Upon calling that number, I learned that they will not connect you to a representative unless you are an existing customer

I recently purchased a rod and reel from walmart in orders when I asked why my rod a piece so not oversized was being shipped via ground instead of via 2nd day like the reel was the employee canceled my order and I paid cash at the storenow I can not get a refund because it is listed as a return how can I return something I never received? I call and was told by .com to go to the store and will get refund but nothe manage at the store rolled his eyes like who cares and they have my money claiming it will be put into my account I paid cashand no one can help me they terminated my order for no reasonand I have no way to get my funds
