My alternator has been damaged because walmart forgot to replace the oil cap after my oil change
On June 30, I went to Walmart auto care to have my vehicle serviced for an oil changeOn September 24, my vehicle stopped on me while I was drivingI checked under the hood and realized my oil cap was never replacedOil was spilled everywhereI went to walmart to complainI spoke with an employee by the name of ***He told me the manager was not inHe advised me to buy another oil cap from auto zone and to also purchase two qts of 5woil to pour in my vehicle and assured me that would get my vehicle up and running which it did notI called a tow truck to come out and have my vehicle towed to walmart and explain to him my situationThe tow guy ended up finding the original oil cap under the engine that was never replaced after my oil changeI did not have my car towed at that time because the auto care department had closedOn September 25, I had my car towe

Buy a car battery to 04/20/2013, 07/26/returned to the store by manufacturing defects.Delivering another replacement shopOn several occasions I returned to the store the battery will not charge, subjecting this to a test.Until it came to an end shelf life, before l date of replacement warranty printed in the battery current it is 07/14.Walmart cancels the replacement battery for once been changed and does not meet new expiration date of this 07/2014Applying the original date of purchase and not current in the new receipt 07/26/

Worst experience ever I purchased a total of itemsAnd they was all under 5$( baby clothes ) as I was walking out with my small bag the lady at the door asked for the recipe so I gave it to herAs she proceeded to EMPTY MY ETIRE BAG IN MY CART
Literally dumped it out and checked every item on the recipe while people with carts full of items just walked outI was so humiliated she then gives me a attitude and grabs the recipe very angrily out of my hand ! Walmart needs to check there staff this is not the first time either I am no longer a customer at any Walmart I'd rather take my business to a more professional business

Battery Warranty and Refund
To briefly summarize; I purchased (3) three Everstart Marine Batteries 24MMS in August of last
yearBy late December of these batteries were not functioning to the level they are
expected to performI returned and exchanged the batteries at different locations in the desert
southwest in January of this year because no one store had batteries in-stockThe
replacement batteries too began to fail, completely giving out in August of this year
On 11/28/I spoke at great length with a phone representative by the name of *** who
assured me she emailed my concerns directly to a local store manager named *** at the
Pahrump, NV Walmart locationHowever, when I went to the store (today) Allan ***
identified himself as the manager and stated that he did not have an email from corporate about
the issue

But one rotten apple spoils the whole barrelThe humiliation and anger that was brought upon me was unimaginableSadly for me, it has become a true story
One the night of May 11th around 10pmI wander into the store and I see merchandise that I'd like to purchaseUnfortunately they were still in boxes so we asked a gentleman (later we find out his name is *** to see if he could open the boxes for usHe did, he opened up the boxes and handed it to usHe was happy to help a customer outKeep it mind, A WALMART EMPLOYEE OPENED THE BOXES FOR US we didn't just barge into them ourselvesAs we're looking through them, *** (overnight stocker usually in the automotive section) CHARGES towards usHe's about where camping is and we're at toysFrom there, he YELLS, "ENOUGH! GET OUT." This is pretty much from across the store, yelling at usHe comes over to us, yelling the whole time"GET OUT OF THEREAND GET OUTYOU GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TOUCH THIS!!!!" At the same time, me and my bf respond calmly, "We asked someoneThey let us." We said "we asked" times, but it never went into ***'s ears because he was so focused on berating usI said, "Do you want me to find that guy? He's an African American young gentleman." *** yells back, "NO I'LL FIND HIMI DON'T EVEN HAVE ROOM ON THE FLOOR FOR THEM AND NOW I HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU GUYS OPENED THEMTHATS THE LAST BOX YOU LOOK IN, AND GET OUT!!!" He says all this while picking up the boxes and SLAMMING them stacking them on top of each other, possibly damaging the product tooThese items were in a dump bin already on the floor where it was going to be displayed, so I know he was lying about that(Saw it there the next day in the exact same spot with PLENTY of room to walk around.) I then calmly asked for his name, he turns his body so that his name tag is not visible to meHe ignores me the first time, I ask again and he says, "***." and arrogantly trolls off
The main points I wanted to address is 1) I asked and got permission from a walmart employee to look into the boxesHe actually opened the boxes for us2) Clueless *** comes out assuming and accusing paying loyal customers of going into boxes on their own3) *** BERATING AND HUMILIATING us in public and in front of other customers4) There were a million different ways *** could've approached us (preferably calmly and rationally) instead of screaming at us from across the store and then scolding us about how he has to do his job now
I have contacted customer relationsI have spoke with co managers ***(the following day) and ***(night of the tragic event)The response I got was basically saying all that will happen to *** is "he will get addressed." I sat on that response for a bit and decided to call customer relations back to escalate the matter to their district managerI am still currently waiting for a response from himNot that I wasn't happy with the co managers listening to me and giving me information, I just feel that for the HUMILIATION and ANGER that *** has brought upon me with him berating us in public deserves a little more than "he will be addressed on the situation." An apology from *** would be favorable and I would drop everything
In the meantime, I want to make this situation public so that other customers are awareCEO's won't even berate customers like thatWhat gives an overnight stocker the power in his head to do so?

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to! It is always understocked and understaffed
Today I went and collected all of the groceries needed, got in an enormously long line in the items or less line (all the lines were this way), waited minutes only to faintly hear what looked to be a manager stating they are only accepting cashOnly accepting cash at the speedy checkout or all checkouts? What do I do with the groceries? Why is there always "something" with this Walmart? They are so poorly managed and always out of basic stuff (turkey one time at the deli, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and biscuits (at the same time) another visit)It is ridiculous and I will no longer shop here because of the lack of excellence and quality

Phamacist refused to fill my prescription because of too much "Pharmacy Shopping" This medication is very hard to find I went to six pharmacies and finally found it at Walmart only to be denied I live miles away from the nearest pharmacy I've driven over miles trying to find this medication And yes, I do price shop at Pharmacies as I do not have insurance She also threatened me that "pharmacy shopping" is a felony

I know Walmart gets a bad rap, but I had to write in about this one GREAT experience, due to one GREAT employee, who went out of his way for me one afternoon this past weekOk so I'm trying so make this short and sweet: I was in a hurry, feeling horrible, not feeling like cooking, and my husband only likes one brand of frozen lasagna, one special flavorSo I'm looking for this, on the verge of crying, and a young man stopped loading the freezer and came over and asked if there was anything he could help me findI told him the specifics and he said " no worries I'm sure it's around here somewhere" he looked through the freezers himself and no luckHe then went in the back, I guess the stocking freezer or something, and low and behold, one box! I was so relieved and it really made my dayI later found that this lasagna is no longer made in this flavor , which explains itI'm writing *** *** as wellHe had a great, can do attitude , unlike most at Walmart , that's why I usually go to *** , but I digressMost employees would have said if it isn't out here, we don't have it in stockBut not *** ! I asked him his name so I could put a good word in up front, though he said he was only doing his jobBut he went above and beyond and saved me a bunch of stress! I was in walmart and to make a long story short....I was paying for my items at self check out and used one my cards and proceeded to use my debit card for the rest of the purchase....the lady then walked over there and began yellingI kept paying for my stuff because I knew I was not doing anything wrongWell my usaa card was declined because I swiped it instead of putting it through the chip readerSo then I began to insert the card the correct way and the walmart employee snatched my card out of my hand striking me my hand as she does soI then took my card back and asked her who gives her the right to take my personal items and what she done was assault meShe said I cant do a split purchase because the register will lock upI said maam thats not true I always come hereAnd I called a manager and she picked up her personal cell phone and called a unknown man who did not work in the store.....he walked inside the store from outside and she began speaking to him and pointing at me and my mother as she was talkingWe then told the manager we felt threatenedThe manager said she would walk us outside and as she did the male followed and got in a red car as we got in our carI know all of this is against company policyThis lady humiliated, embarrassed, assaulted, and made me feel threatenedAnd she discriminated against me as wellI have had to report this woman for her attitude before to same manager and I feel like she retaliated against me

Pricing for an item was wrong and instead of an apology I was treated like a criminal and shouted at inches from my faceManager complaints were ignoredNobody wanted to give me a district manager or any further informationPhone calls where I got put on hold for an hour before being hung up on or disconnectedEventually the new manager told me that nothing could be done about an incident that tool place by a previous managerSo that is why they rotate managers? Amazed that walmart would have such terrible service about such a serious issueVerbal assult, I should have called police instead of waiting for management

Dear Walmart (Auto Care Center):
I am writing to let you know that I have a grievance relating to the breaking of my tire pressure sensor and the daunting delay it is taking to repair this in a timely fashion I would also like this matter to be fully investigated as far as how the Auto Care Center takes steps to ensure a customer is contacted and updated when a mistake happens with their vehicle
On June 19, 2018, I came into the Auto Care Center of Walmart with a screw in a tire Since there was roughly a month left of wear and tear left on my tires, I decided to get a new set of tires for the first time since I bought my vehicle Customer service helped me pick out a set of tires and I was told that I did not need valve stems on my car since I had centers on my vehicle Upon leaving, customer service told me that my tire pressure light would go off after a few hours of driving time
Unfortunately, after coming back to the Auto Care Center on Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st, my tire pressure light was still on Anthony (the Service Manager) ran tests and found out that my tire pressure sensor was broken The Service Manager apologized on behalf of the new employee that broke it and told me that they would replace it right awayThe only tire sensor they had in stock broke upon replacement and so the Service Manager placed something in place of the sensor (I think he told me valve stem, but I'm not sure) and told me to come back soon to get a brand new tire sensor installed
I went to get a tire alignment from *** *** of *** (since Walmart does not do alignments with new tires) on June the 22nd On my ride home something fell off my vehicle and created a monstrous noise for the whole minute ride home Upon going back to Nalley Nissan of Atlanta, they could not find anything, but I wonder if it was what the Servicer Manager put in place of the sensor I decided to wait and let Walmart look at my vehicle when they called me back about my tire pressure sensor replacement
On July 4, 2018, I called Walmart's Auto Care Center multiple times When I finally got in contact with Anthony (the Service Manager) he told me that they still had no sensors in stock, he would pass this message on to his manager, and that he would give me a call soon with any updates On July the 6th, I came into the Auto Care Center and the Service Manager advised me to buy the sensor from another Walmart and they would install it and reimburse me when I came back with it He told me that if I did not want to do that then I would have to wait until they got it in stock I chose to wait because I had nothing in writing stating that Walmart would reimburse me if I bought a sensor Also, why couldn't the manager go to another Walmart and buy the part if they were suggesting it to me (just my thoughts)?
As of today, it has been six weeks and three days since my tire sensor was broken by a Walmart Auto Care Center Associate I feel like *** *** (the Manager) could have at least done me the curtesy of a call with an update This has been such a lengthy process and I don't understand why it couldn't have been rectified quickly Hopefully there will be no more "run around" and no one else will have to go through what I've gone through
In addition, I will be sending a complaint and copy of this letter to the Revdex.com

There was no way in the tire areaI waited almost an hour before asking how long it takes to change one tire, and they told me it was going to be another minutesWhen I arrived there was only one vehicle ahead of me and nothing else going onThere was a period of time where no vehicles were in the auto centerThe techs are lazy and crappingAnd take forever on your vehicle like you have all day truck for them to work on it

The walamrt on centerville road has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experiencedWhen I asked for a large item to be price checked they refused to do so until I asked for a supervisor on dutyThe supervisor would not give me the price that was listed even though there was no other price tags on either of the gondolasThere were of the same product in the spot and of the supposed correct itemI was lied to and told they were only allowed to discount 10% per walmart policyWhen asked for a copy of the policy none was provided as well as I was unable to find it online or through their live customer service centerI was thoroughly embarrassed and apauled by the entire situationI have never been to a walmart where they do not honor the price that is posted especially when so much of that product had been listed
