Originally put in an order for same day photo cards at the Hudson, Wisconsin location last nightWhen going to pick them up I was told that their printer was out of inkHow is this even possible for a Store that has a photo department to to be unable to operate without having always having backup printing ink My experience with Customer Service today was also horribleI was put on hold three times, each waiting over twenty minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the photo center and or a store manage This is a real disappointment as I am a teacher and I had planned on using them for my classroom needs The 1-800-Walmart and Woodbury location was also a huge disappointment as I couldn't get through to anyone to ask a simple question as to if their photo center was operating so I could reorder my cards Never Again! I will be posting this to Facebook as well

Walmart failed to satisfy my reasonable request for a refund on a clothing itemI contacted corporate offices and received no response
I went to the Saukville Wi location to return a new childs pants suit that was in perfectly new condition and had the Walmart price tag of $securely attachedStore Manager *** said they did not sell the item at that store nor any store in Wisconsin even though the dept sales person said they did and we knew it was purchased at that storeI called the corporate office to complain and no one returned my call, and also wrote via email and again received no responseWalmart is not living up to their advertised satisfaction guarantee nor even responding to customer complaints by contacting the customer

Purchased a tv, brought it home only to find the screen was smashedWent back to the store the following day only to be told the serial number on the TV didn't match the boxThe customer service rep accused us of breaking the original tv and swapping it out! They never bothered to run the serial number to see where the the came fromWe were basically humiliated, not granted our exchange and told that nothing could be doneService was horrendous and now we're out $because someone didn't scan the correct serial number

This Walmart has employees that believe their customers are just scammersI was in there and had put cash in the self scan machineThe machine froze and the employee came over and tried to fix it which cleared my cash paymentThey tried to tell me I didnt pay the cash and when they finally gave me the money, they said they had to because they were told toThe machine then froze and they were nice about getting my mother and I out there but I couldnt get over the fact that the employee treated me like a criminal when I was just trying to pay a split paymentDon't pay with cash in the self scan unless you want them to treat you the same when it malfunctions

I purchased this TV for $on black friday online and went to the store to pick the TV up30mins after picking the TV up, I get home and finally get the TV out of the boxYou can see the LCD is broken in several locationsI immediately call Walmart.com (where I purchased it) and asked them if I need to buy another one or if they could reserve one for meThey said the store could take care of it since I didn't buy it from Walmart.com since I elected to pick the TV upAnd that while they had the TV in-stock, it was more expensive than what I had paid for ONLINE MIND YOU I would need to pay the differenceAnd then told me that Walmart.com can't help me and I must go stand in line at the store to return itThey then explained that Walmart and Walmart.com are not the same company and apparently since I wanted to pick the TV up, I get stuck in limbo between two companies and everything is my faultAsked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back in minsI should've known she was laying since she kept snickering at mehours later I have to call back, and ask for another supervisor, where I am told the supervisor is going to tell me that since I picked it up in the store Walmart.com can't help me and Walmart would need to take care of itSo the store told me that they would take care of it, and since it was late in the evening, They would be able to replace it tomorrow for me
So when I go down to the store the next dayThey act like they have no idea what I am talking about, they have no idea if they even take the return since Walmart and Walmart.com are two different companiesThey then tell me that everything needs to be handled by Walmart.com since Walmart and Walmart.com are two different companies and apparently have two separate pricing, operations, and customer serviceSo I am told Walmart.com can't help me because Walmart go my money Then I am told that Walmart can't help me because I bought it on Walmart.com After speaking to the rudest customer service manager I have met, and then the assistant store managerI am able to at least get a refund
When I call back Walmart.com and finally speak to a supervisor that said she is the Accountable supervisor at Walmart CorporateShe tells me that they have the TV in my area, but I would need to pay more for itThen she tells me that Walmart.com has the TV and that I would need to pay $more for itAnd she explained that this was because I had picked the TV up in the storeSo Walmart and TCL get to make more money because I wanted to pick the TV up? On top of that, the other Walmart I went to, to pick up another TCL I was told they don't even sell that modelEven though standing in the store with the employees of electrics, they can see the Walmart website shows the store has moreThere is something fishy going on either Walmart or TCL is up to somethingAnother note I had, the advertisement on Walmart.com said it was a 65sand had Dolby Vision HDR and when I picked up the TV, the box only said it had HDRThe other thing I noticed, when I was in the store looking at the TV's a few days later and actually had the TV that was no longer available on the shelfI noticed that the TVs on the shelf did not have Ties wraps on them and the boxes were slightly differentYet, the model numbers were the same and same description on the box as mineSo I am wondering if they already knew it was broken, and hoped I would spend more money on another tv after I "missed" the black friday saleJust like Walmart.com advertising a TV online, saying the store has left, and the store responding with "We don't even carry those, but we have the more expensive version of it, and since we do show it online, maybe someone up front can help you"I walk up front, where they say that electronics needs to help you, I said they just sent me up hereThey say that's weirdAnd I just have to leave again without the TV or Price advertisedBut they were quick to point out, I could spend more money than advertised and get the item that is advertised or better

Another side pointCustomer service agent, Customer service supervisor, and assistant store manager all told me that it was impossible that Walmart, Walmart.com, and other walmart stores would have different pricingWhich on Walmart's on website it explains why there are different pricesThey literally argued with me in the store that everything is the same price and that I should just buy another one from another store or online againAfter I explained again that they told me I could buy another one or go to another store but it was a different price and I would need to pay the differenceThe customer service manager said I was wrong about that and that all the prices are the same Your employees don't even know whats going on

My complaint is against Walmart located on Jackson Creek Pwky., Monument Colorado XXXXXI am concerned about public safetyI was pushing my cart down an aisle when, my cart jammed and a loud pop soundedOther customers and myself were wondering what the noise was when one of the gentlemen customers standing near and heard the noise, noticed a caliber bullet shell on the floor and a skid markThere were small children near and the bullet exploded just inches from myself and othersA Walmart employee from a few aisles down came walking up quickly asking what made that noise, after I showed her the bullet shell she went and got a managerThe employee then asked the manager if it was okay to pick it upThis happened right across from the baby section of the store

I purchased a TV for my grandma on 12/30/from Wal-mart, I get home set the tv up and it's not workingSo I take the tv back to the store in Valley Stream to exchange for a different one, stand on the return line for a hour to be told by an associate by the name of Peter that the tv should not have been stood to me because the actual cost of the tv is $more so if I want this tv I need to pay more moneyI asked for my money back and he told me he's not exchanging or giving me back my money and called me a loud mouth ***How professional is that? He's rude, disrespectful and should not be servicing the community with that time attitudeI'm very unhappy with the service and still have not gotten any answers from corporate on what I need to do with this broken tv

Rude customer service and policies not upheld
A customer service cashier / rep was rude to me today, scoffed at me, and refused to uphold price matching policies as stated on Walmart.comI asked about a price matching and she lashed at me saying Walmart no longer price matches, however online it does, and she refused to look at my mobile device with the site pulled upShe then told me she didn't have time to help me, while no one else was in lineI asked to speak with a manger, and with out movingbor checking on her radio, she told me one was not availableI finished my purchase and that cashier didn't even bag my purchase
I then left the store The price matched item was only a matter of $10, so I'm not sure why it turned out to be such a massive issue for the employee

I went to this walmart on 5/30/Unfortunatly I had lost my receipt to return the gate, when I walked tru the doors there was no one there so I went straight to *** ***When I got there the lady that was doing my return gift card asked me if someone gave me a sticker for the item at the door; I said there was no one thereI could tell she was furious by the face she madeShe made a phone call (i assume to the front door) but no one answeredShe said can I see your ID? I said I have my debit card with my name on it and I used to pay for the gate, she replied I can't use that (annoyed at my comment)I made a comment saying I've never had an assiciate ask me for my ID and she went off on me saying "meam I've worked here for 17yrs and I can tell you its policy..." I was so angry at her demeanor and attitude that I stopped listening and asked for a managerIn a very snide way she said "I can get you the assistant manager!" I started walking away because I was beyond upset! She asked me "where are you going?" In a very rude way I answered "where do you think!?" At this point I was done with her nonsence I went to my car to get my IDWhen I came back the assistant manager *** was smiling standing next to her; I directed my way and conversation towards him only saying "you're employee is very rude" the rude employee raised her voice almost screaming saying I have an eye witness I was not being rude" (there was a lady standing there with a stroller which I assume was her friend because she was just there having a conversation with her) I turned to her and said "I said your rude! Period!" At this point another associate was arriving to complete my giftcard refund she gave something to the new associate and said "good luck with this mess!" The assistant manager stood there the whole time smiling letting the lady practically yell and act the way she didWhen my transaction was finished I gave *** (the assistant manager) a few mins to see what he was going to say to me but nothing came out his mouth but a smile; so I said "good to know your just going to let your employee act like that" and walked awayI called the store to see if I could speak to the GM but due to the holliday I spoke to *** another assistant manager who pretty much told me I'll see what I can doI called walmart customer support which took notes of the incident and my phone number and said the GM whoud get in touch with me with in a week or soTo this day I have not received a call from the GM or an apology other than the one from customer support! This is ridiculous! How can this company let employees act in such a way! I get that the people at the front door made her job harder but that was not my fault! Unbelievable!!!

I bought a RCA tablet at Walmart in Salt Lake City at Hope Avenue on 08/31/At the time of purchase the grocery cashier should have generated a code to unlock the tabletHowever, the cashier gave me the receipt without the codeI have called the RCA to request one code, their representative said that the DISa from my tablet box is not working because Walmart didn't register the purchase, and the DISa it has been appearing as invalid, due to an "unauthorized" sellerI have contacted the Walmart in Salt Lake many times about the issue, they told me to take the tablet back, but the tablet is in BrazilI need that they use my receipt to generate the code to unblock , unlock the tabletThis is not a password reset, this is a factory secured code

Starting in April 2016, Walmart has advertised a $discount program on the purchase of an iPhone, including the iPhone SETo date, can not get one

You are supposed to get a $discount, but have to buy the phone at the store (no online orders), and have to have an account with an eligible carrier (I have it with ATT) Every week since April, I have searched on various Houston area stores, and also on line for the iPhone SE, and so far it has not been made available, and the advertised $discount if set to expire soon, in June
I consider this advertising, and really a scam the stated reason for providing the discount is to "increase foot traffic" at their brick & mortar stores, and hopefully have the customer buy additional things during the visit

My review with Walmart store has been the worst experience ever, went to store 8/21/to purchase a TV that was on sale and the item was not in stock or available to order but was still on display with special price and they checked on item they couldn't even find the product in their whse area in store, then I was to leave name and number there because they were going to call me on 8/22/to advise me of display unit that could sell at at a discounted price, well they never called me on Monday so I called them and spoke with dept manager of electronics and was told that they could sale me the display unit, but with no warranty or tv stand and no box or paperwork on that set because it couldn't be found but could give me a discount if went it and bought it, so the following day 8/23/went to store to get TV and now dept mgr was not in and everyone in that dept said they couldn't sell me the television now and couldn't offer me a equal size set at a discount or same price, I informed them that I was informed by their deptmgr that they could sell me the set and now they can't ? I asked to speak to a store manager and the manager told me that the only that could do anything was the deptmgr and they didn't know if he was coming in tomorrowThis has been the biggest joke from Walmart's customer serviceTHe store #on staples street in Corpus Christi still has the unit on display and with the sales price still on TVI mentioned to them that there was another unit on sale and on display and wanted to buy that one and they responded that the unit was no longer available either , but it was on display with special price also and this wasn't even on sale couple of days ago when I was there, This has been the biggest advertisement ever by Walmart on TV sets and they don't even remove special price or labels from their display discounted units or care if the customer gets taken care of even offer a equal at discounted price, I have photos of TV's on sale with special price tags on them and nothing that states they are out of stock and Walmart refused to make their errors right to the consumer/s after they mentioned they sold the last unit 1-days prior to other customers, that shows me and all other customers that their inexperienced personnel just don't give a *** on customer serviceI want some service and a television that stills shows on sale or equal and that isn't asking for nothing that is out of Walmart's customers service that they so much advertise that they offer to their customersI can contacted by and if anyone cares about their customers from the Walmart CorpWalmart store in Corpus Christi has my contact info

I was returning a newly purchased yet defective tablet w/ it's receipt for a simple exchangeStill within the policy return dateThere seemed to be no issue w/ thisAT FIRST!
The receipt was valid, the codes all matched the box, tablet, & receiptYet the code wouldn't scan properly for whatever reason
There was a woman ( Lilian ) sitting on the bench in the customer service center area to the side, eating & playing w/ her cell phone ( on the clock), loudly proclaiming she wanted to go home & needed someone to take her hoursA random employee walked by excepting her hoursShe screamed "yay I wanna go home." The other employee called her "crazy"Lilian, in her yellow vest screamed back " I never said I wasn't crazy." I thought not much of it, being more interested in my transactions
I was also using the MoneyGram service which I had already filled out, was making a credit card payment ($3000) & then doing some shopping
However the tablet return was not scanning properly & I was told it won't scan "I can't override the computer." She saidI asked what I should do & was told "l don't know."
I then politely asked for a managerThe customer service women rolled her eyes & sighed while mumbling "hold on" & then yelled across the room to the sitting,eating,lost in her phone,& ready to go home early....LILIAN!
Lilian said she was the manager, which I later found she was notShe reluctantly arose from her phone,food & perch as she schlepped to the register behind the counter as if asked to climb a mountain & said condescendingly "can I help you sir." She knew the issue already because she had been there sitting & could hear the entire event

She refused to listen to anything, even though the logic was blatantly apparent & spoke to me as if I were the sole reason she was not yet on her way home...EARLY, or at least still on her bench texting
She (LILIAN - Customer service center - MIFORD PA, STORE# 2064), then proceeded to slide all off my papers forward at me saying " we are done here." She ( LILIAN) then pushed a button on her shoulder cb exclaiming that there was a trespasser on the properly & requested security immediately remove me from the store
Quite frustrated (& bewildered how this type of person works in customer service) I calmly asked the store#She said #I wrote this downIt turned out being #I then calmly said "may I have your name please"She yelled as if I were an ie who couldn't read " It's on my name tag." I explained her name tag was clipped on backwardsShe looked down & turned it around w/ what could only be described as disdain in her eyes
I took my papers & left feeling frustrated, uneasy, & embarrassed from this unnecessary experience
I shopped elsewhere, went home & immediately called 1-800-WALMART
I selected store experience department & complaintsThe agent was very understanding in a way I felt he really grasped the issue
Turns out my multiple government issued I.D for the MoneyGram were not only completely satisfactory but listed top of the list of required I.DMy attempted tablet return w/ receipt wouldn't go through because she entered the incorrect codesAnd, ..I not only did nothing wrong, I did everything 100% correct
Instead of a kind & courteous exchange between customer & a customer service center repposing as manager ( Lilian store #) ended w/ a good intentioned customer being spoken to w/ condescending disrespect, & blatant disregard for my business,feelings, needs or concerns
Worst part was it ending in her bellowing for security to remove me for trespassing in front of many strangers

I was treated very rudely at the self check outThere was a clerk that insisted on re-ringing my items claiming that she had to check to see if I had rang them up twice or rang the same item up twice insteadSo I asked I told her I don't need any help thank you ..I don't need help I've got it figured out and she kept insisting that she was doing her job..she grab my item rang it up again and then deleted it and said that she was doing her job I'm not sure what her job was ?? I'm wondering if her job was to force help on me that I didn't want or need .was her job to keep arguing with me and prove me wrongwas her job to upset me and make me wish that I never came in or went back to that store again ..because if that was her job then she succeededI was very shaken very upsetI did report her to the assistant manager on dutyI was told that she would be spoken toI don't feel like I want to go back in the store anymore ..I feel fearfulI don't feel safe I felt disrespected I asked her why she was treating me so rudely and she said because "You have bad karma"I felt very helplessshe wouldn't back off or leave me alone even though I asked her to several timesI did get her name and I'm pretty sure she's aware that I would be speaking with someone about the incident In fact she said go ahead and call the Manager Because I will just say that you refused my help.I am a frequent shopper there, I almost daily go to the local WalmartAnd I have never ever had a negative experience at the store until yesterday
