I'm extremely dissatisfied with Walmart Pharmacy in Uniontown PaI've had several issues, over the course of a decade, where these pharmacists, seem to have no common senseThey have overcharged me on several occasions, they never put my insurance information in correctly, I've had doctors contact them to fix my issues, because they treat me very poorly when I try to resolve these issues with them myself I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service rep in my life I honestly feel that they are discriminating against me, and they give me these problems on purpose because of the medication I take They know I'm dependent on it, yet they constantly make excuses why they can't fill my prescriptions Once in a while, I have no problem, but 90% of the time, I can't even get vitamins from them without an issue
The pharmacists are rude, some never "thank you, please come again, or do you have any questions about your medication?" I'm always rushed out, and if I have a question, I'm often told "I don't know, ask your doctor", but my doctor tells me to "ask the pharmacist"They have even blurted out my personal information loud enough for other customers to hear, scolded me like a child in front of other customers, when I'd try to fill my script a day early, simply because I was in the area, and shopping anywayThey could politely tell me that the insurance won't fill it until the next day, but instead, they scold me, and treat me like an inferior
The managers are even worse!! I've tried to politely explain my problems, and they treat me even worseI've only put up with it as long as I have, because it's the closest pharmacy to my home, have a drive thru, (which is closed off 80% of the time anyway) and they are open til 9pmNow that I've completely had it, and no longer wish to continue doing business with them, I'll have to travel miles out of my way and pay extra for gas, possibly pay more for my medications, wait longer, and it's an overall major inconvenience to me to go somewhere else
But this is how strongly I feel, against this particular pharmacy I've tried to resolve my issues with management directly, and have never been successful They made it clear to me, that they do not care about my satisfaction or anyone else's, considering I've known several others with the same issues
I'd be happy if that pharmacy would hire new employees, or atleast train the ones they have to be consistent, (I get the same meds biweekly, they know that, and still give me grief, and take over an hour to fill simple meds, when there are no other customers even ahead of me) obedient, (the customer is always right) informative, (please let me know if there are any major side effects, or atleast ask me if I have any questions, and if I do, take a moment to answer them, instead of telling me to ask someone else), compassionate, (they should have basic common curtosey, say please and thank you, and listen to what I have to say rather than blow me off) dress appropriately, (some dress provocatively, they don't look like pharmacists at all, but instead look like there at a nightclub, I like to dress fun sometimes too, but NOT on the job, pharmacists should dress professionally while they're at work) and most of all, use basic common sense, (which these pharmacists don't seem to have)
Since I highly doubt any of that will happen, a sincere apology would be niceAlthough, I also doubt that will even happen At this point, I just want a formal complaint to reach their office, to the main person in charge, or atleast human resources, I want them to know how extremely dissatisfied I am, and to work on these issues, so that they don't do this to anyone else I wouldn't recommend anyone to this pharmacy as long as I live But I am well aware, that this pharmacy will not go out of business over my unhappiness, I'm sure they will do just fine without my business, I'm aware of that, but they need to be aware of the grief they have caused me, over the last 10+ yearsI'm ashamed I put up with it as long as I have, but I'm a nice person, I don't like to complain or cause problems, but I've completely HAD IT

I bought a TV about months ago for my new home Due to unforeseen circumstances I just moved into the home on 10/ The TV I purchased was in a room by its self in a dry safe location When I opened the box to put the TV in my new home the TV screen was crackedI even bought the 3-year warranty plan and they told everything was covered including cracked screens I took it back to the Walmart store and they said "there is nothing they can do but it does look like it was cracked from when it was bought." I reached out to Assurion who does the warranties and they said they can't help me I then reached out to LG and they said they can't help either and to call Walmart I called Walmart on 10/and the employee names *** or *** and he stated that my case made a good claim and he will report it to higher up for review for a replacement TV I was told I would here
The auto body shop at the Walmart on Antelope Drive in Syracuse, UT is unprofessional and provides thouroughly unsatifying work and serviceToday we took our car in for a simple oil changeWhen we got the car back, CONVENIENTLY the car wouldn't startSurprise! Walmart refused to accept my return of the DVD/Blu-Ray player because they said that the serial number of the item did not match the number on the outside of the box I asked the manager to check the other boxes to see if the serial numbers matched but they refused They said that it wouldn't matter because I would have to take it up with LG (the manufacturer)
Walmart Pet Pharmacy I hope that Walmart does a better job on filling scripts for people then it has done with my dogs script For the last months I have been getting Furosemide filled for my 5lb Chihuahua My Vet phoned in a new order this week same as the previous orders and when I went to pick it up they told me I had to purchase the 100ML bottle, telling me they would not open the bottle and spilt it out as they had done in the past For the amount I was getting before I was paying less than $6.00, this bottle would have cost It really wasn't so much the cost but them changing the quantity! If my dogs Vet wanted me to get that much, it would have been written on the script that way I would think that it is against the law to change a prescription, further more if they did not want to split the bottle they had plenty of time to inform the Vet or myself of their new policy I have found a Pharmacy to fill this prescription, however due to Walmarts actions my dog will have no meds for at least days If ANYTHING happens to my dog because of Walmarts irresponsible and what I feel to be unlawful actions I will be changing this from a "review" to a complaint and quite possibly a lawsuit SHAME ON YOU WALMART PHARMACY -SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA - US HIGHWAY

I RECENTLY WENT TO WALMART IN NEWBURGH N.Y.ON 8/12/AND I HAVE WIC APPROVED CHECKS BECAUSE I AM PREGNANT AND I ALWAYS GO THERE TO GET MY FOOD, THE CASHIER PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I COULD NOT GET ANY OF THE ITEMS WHICH I USUALLY GETSPECIFICALLY MY BREAD AND MY YOGURTAS SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME AN ATTUIDE I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE TOOK THE BREAD WHICH SHE WAS SWINGING AROUND IN A CIRCLE LIKE IT WAS A RAGDOLLTHE MANAGER FINALLY CAME OVER AFTER MINUTES AND SAID I COULD NOT GET THESE ITEMS EITHER WHICH WERE LISTED UNDER WIC SO I TOOK HER TO WHERE THE ITEMS WERE AND PROVED TO HER THAT I COULD GET THESE ITEMS WHICH I ALWAYS HAVE GOTTEN, SHE SAID THEY MUST HAVE LABELED THEM WRONG, AND THAT IT WAS NOT HER FAULT BUT WICS FAULTAS FOR THE CASHIER BECAUSE SHE ENDED UP BEING WRONG CONTINUED TO RING ME UP AND GAVE ME A HORRIBLE ATTUIDEI ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AGAIN BECAUSE SHE WAS SO RUDE AND I WAITED

I'm writing to complaint bc I just had the worst experience in Walmart on foxon blvd new haven Connecticut for me to be in order to buy the infamil formula I had to wait for a employee to open the cage they was at I was waiting for more then 1/hours for the lady to open the cage by the time she show up that like I said 1/2hour later my girlfriend was already in the car waiting for me to go somewhere else I live around the corner from Walmart and I had to drive all across town bc of this but the worst is that the employees no one act it like they care one employees said one thing the other another thing I would like for them to place people more reliable on certain department like where's the formula is at.THANK YOU
I purchased a defective DVD/BluRay player on 7/I tried to return it on 7/but Walmart would not take it back
Walmart refused to accept my return of the DVD/Blu-Ray player because they said that the serial number of the item did not match the number on the outside of the box I asked the manager to check the other boxes to see if the serial numbers matched but they refused They said that it wouldn't matter because I would have to take it up with LG (the manufacturer)
Walmart Pet Pharmacy I hope that Walmart does a better job on filling scripts for people then it has done with my dogs script For the last months I have been getting Furosemide filled for my 5lb Chihuahua My Vet phoned in a new order this week same as the previous orders and when I went to pick it up they told me I had to purchase the 100ML bottle, telling me they would not open the bottle and spilt it out as they had done in the past For the amount I was getting before I was paying less than $6.00, this bottle would have cost It really wasn't so much the cost but them changing the quantity! If my dogs Vet wanted me to get that much, it would have been written on the script that way I would think that it is against the law to change a prescription, further more if they did not want to split the bottle they had plenty of time to inform the Vet or myself of their new policy I have found a Pharmacy to fill this prescription, however due to Walmarts actions my dog will have no meds for at least days If ANYTHING happens to my dog because of Walmarts irresponsible and what I feel to be unlawful actions I will be changing this from a "review" to a complaint and quite possibly a lawsuit SHAME ON YOU WALMART PHARMACY -SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA - US HIGHWAY
Walmart store refused to accept return of an item which is qualified for return according to its store policy
I bought a Sony AV receiver in 5/and tried to return with the original receipt in June because it doesn't work well for meThe first store I went said it qualified for the return, however they're unable to accept because the receiver was not sold in that store, and they suggested that the original store from which I purchased should be able to accept itI went to the original store, but got refused againThe manager said that the receiver should be returned within days of purchase as it is counted as an electronic deviceI showed them the return policy (can be found at:
