April 1, Stopped in this store and picked up a few items at the grocery store located in this storePaid for the items the clerk rang up all the items and bagged my items, she gave me bagsI went to the parking lot put bags in car and my husband and I left.We had other things to do which we did arrived home about hours laterI brought grocery bags in the house and started putting things awayI discovered their were items that should have been in one of the bags I had but were not thereI thought they had fallen out of the bag in the carI called my husband and asked him to check the back seat and floor of the car thinking they were in the car and were proably under the seat.My husband called me back to let me know that the missing items were not in the carI called the store and talked to customer service about the problem.I was informed that I would have to come into the store and to go to customer service.My husband came home and we went back to Walmart.I was tol

I visited your store located at Nine Mile RD Richmond, VA on December 8th at approximately 9:00am to pay on my credit card accountI walked to the customer service counter where an associate named Brandon asked me "Why are you walking over here"I said to him "excuse me" as I was shocked that an employee would engage a customer in this mannerBrandon asked me again "Why are you coming over here"I asked him "Is this the way you greet customers??"
