While at a store I checked the Walmart website for price match policy (http://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31/~/walmarts-price-matching-po...⇄ and selected items I wished to purchase which appeared to be covered by this policy (match was for exact match and from best buy.com)At the checkout I was told that Walmart does not pricematch and shown a contradictory policy noticeI was unable to find this policy on their corporate websiteI spoke with customer service manager and assistant manager who were unable to helpIn my opinion this was effectively a bait and switch operation, where I was lead to believe that I would receive a lower price due to price matching policy on their corporate website, and told that the items would be much more expensive at the checkout, where I felt pressured to purchase the items at the higher priceIt would appear that Walmart no longer feels that it is necessary to honor their own policies
Oil change performed on my car was incorrect and inadequate and wrong at store
I took my car to Walmart store number in Hoover -Alabama to get an oil change on 4/8/The associate at the tire and lube Dept did the oil change and when he finished I was shocked when I looked at the invoice that they only put quarts of engine oil in my Hyundai Elantra since it should hold quarts according to the manuals and the manufacturer The associate refused to add more oil to the car so I asked for a member of management and she also was NO help and her name is *** The oil change performed on my car is inadequate and incorrect They should have put quarts of oil My concern is the safety of me and my family because this can cause problems to the engine if there is not enough oil in the car Walmart should redo the oil change and put the correct amount of oil in my car
My complaint is about the tire lube express possibly making a error on my oil change on 9-10-and the lack of compassion from the management
