ON 3/13/I TRIED TO GET A REUND OF MY $PLUS SALES TAXI WAS TOLD THAT THEIR CORP POLICY DID NOT ALLOW REFUNDS WITHOUT RECEIPTS AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY
ON THURSDAY MARCH 10, I BOUGHT ITEMS FOR A TOTAL OF $FROM TERMINAL SCXXXXXX REF #XXXXXXXXXXXX PAYING $BY EBT AND $DEBIT CARD WITH $CASH BACK
THE CLERK THAT WAITED ON ME WAS ONLY AGE AND COULD NOT RING UP THE WINE THAT I BOUGHT IN THIS PURCHASE AND HAD TO GET ANOTHER CLERK TO RING UP THE WINE
I ALSO HAD A BUDGET NOT TO EXCEED SO I TOOK SOME ITEMS OFF TO COME UP WI

Walmart does not refund returns back onto your card within a reasonable time frameHad to file a dispute with my card issuer to get my money back

CANCELLATION OF PHONE IN OCTOBER
MY NAME IS *** ***,IN SEPTEMBER OF I WENT TO WAL-MART AND BOUGHT A CELL PHONE AND IT'S$ DOLLAR CONTRACT.WHILE USING THE PHONE THE CHIP KEPT COMING OUTI BOUGHT THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO THE SALES CLERK.I TOLD THE SALES CLERK I WANTED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTI PAID THE FIRST MONTHS BILL AND GAVE THE PHONE BACK TO THE CLERK.THE CLERK INFORMED ME AT THAT TIME,MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED AND I WOULDN'T BE ANY FURTHER,THAT WAS IN OCTOBER OF 2015.I RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL ON FEBRUARY SAYING I HAVE AN AMOUNT OF$ 62.96.I'M DISPUTING THIS BILL BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE STORE I OCTOBER OF AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED AT THAT TIME.MY BILL STATEMENT FOR *** *** MY MOBILE NUMBER AT THE TIME WAS XXXX XXX-XXXX AND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS XXXXXXXXX.RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED ON FEBRUARY THE 27TH

This store's customer service is completely ridiculous! You can't take in your receipt with your coupons you forgot to use for cash or credit back?! They make you unload the car, or bring your groceries from home so they can compare your items with the receiptWhat?! The items I bought are clearly on the receiptI'm never shopping at the location again

I had my oil changed in my car by the Service Center in Vadnais Heights They never said anything was wrong and I was not leaking oil, nothing on my driveway Two weeks later I have oil covering my manifold from them adding to much oil and blowing the seal The oil is still full but I lost about a quart Brought it back and they took pictures Third party insurance company said they cant prove Walmart is at fault, without looking at the pictures and refused to file a claim I am now out of a safe car I guess I am not a valued customer after years

I placed the order online on 5/11/I then received a email stating it was ready for pickupUpon arriving to wal-mart I waited for assistance for minutes while I watched the lady sit there and talk to her other cashiers about her boy problemsShe then came over to me and immediately had a attitude and was extremely rudeShe told me that they show of this item in stock but don't have anyCan someone explain how your inventory is that far offI bought this set for my mother who is very sick with cancer and it was going to be her mother's day giftAfter the rude cashier gave me the run around for a hour, she sent me to the Hampton one so I had to drive there at o clock on Friday afternoon cancel my order get a refund and my orderI arrived at this wal-mart waited again for minutes finally got the furniture then waited minutes for someone to help me load itAt this point I proceeded to leave and got rear ended in my vehicle and to top off all of that the furniture I received once I took it out of the box to put it together was damagedI mean this is simply ridiculousThe customer service was awful and it took me and a half hours to get home stuff in traffic on the James River Bridge, which none of this would've happened if your inventory and employees had correctly checked the orderI am so disappointed in my experience I don't even know where to begin

Trying to get left behind items
I have a receipt from my dad for some left behind itemsI was asked to go get themI went to the Walmart where said items were purchased talked to a cashier at the service desk and a c.s.m who informed me that since the items weren't wrote in their book that there wasn't anything they could doThey wouldn't give me the items or my money backFor all we know the person behind him in line took them by mistakeWill never shop at Walmart againThey are nothing but lying theives

The Walmart in Houston Mo has the rudest pharmacy employee's ever! I have had many problems with my account, beginning with multiple accountsSome had my insurance information and some notAfter or so visits that was fixedThe next problem that still confuses the department is the birthdateWe had that problem fixed within visits, or so I thought
My Drcalled in one RX for my blood pressureI had a refill on the second oneI called the refill in days priorMy husband went to pick up my RX on the second dayHe was told there was only He came home exasperated at the poor customer service and rudeness he experienced The next day I returned to Walmart to retrieve the prescription The tech insisted there wasn't anyFor the 2nd time I explained I had called it in on their automated lineThe tech went to the computer and verified it indeed was there but the birthday was incorrectShe turned to speak to *** the pharmacistI had the empty bottle that had all the information and tried to hand it to herShe looked over her shoulder and turned back aroundShe didn't acknowledge me in anyway although the empty bottle had all the correct information on itThe Tech came back to the counter and told me to go to the drop off counter and they would look in to itI walked over to the area muttering to myself it is always something here." Not to anyone, as it was not busy and there were no lines I stepped up to the counter as the tech launched in to her rant immediately"It's not our fault; the Drgave the wrong information." "ma'am, I called in the refill, yesterday there was no problem picking up a prescription" I repliedShe continued her rant as he picked up the phone and spoke with the Dr.'s office She was rude and asked them multiple times to verify the birthdateTHEY HAD THE CORRECT DATE! The pharmacist *** had approached and waved a piece of paper in my face as to prove somethingHe then turned and walked away with the paperThe tech hung up and stated "it's not our fault if they input the wrong information."
I was now so irritated and could feel my blood pressure rising, that I stepped away to wait for my prescriptionI then decided I could not let this behavior go and I walked back over and asked for the young ladies nameShe flipped her name tag over and said haughtily "Christina, do you want to talk to my supervisor?" I indicated yes, and then asked if it was ***? "YA, it is." The same *** that had witnessed everythingI then walked back over to the counter and indicated I wanted to speak to himI wasted my breath repeating the exchange with *** He stared at me Blankley and I felt compelled to let him know I had no choice but to write a review and a complaintHe looked at me and said "the number is 1800walmart." I informed him I had the numberHe then stated he would speak to herWith that he sauntered back to his stationWithin a minute he walked to *** and spoke in a low voiceThey laughed and he once again returned to his podium
After returning home and waiting until my blood pressure lowered, I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager *** came on the lineI explained the incident and he said he would let the store manager know and he would go speak to the pharmacy nowHe only took my first nameNot my last, not my phone number, nothingRegardless, I gave him the opportunity to handle it instore as he requested days later and still no word from the Houston Mo Walmart, I called backAgain *** came to the phone, after identifying myself and stating that I was calling to see if anything had been doneHe stated he spoke to *** and let her know that her behavior was not acceptable and the store manager was speaking to *** the pharmacist at that very momentIt is Now hrsafter that call and the 4th day after my original complaint and yet no contact from Walmart managementI have NO faith that there will be any corrective Actoin taken to ensure that this pharmacy treats customers with dignity and respect

I am writing this letter in hopes to bring some awareness to a product I bought at my local Wal-martI was preparing lunch for my kids, tuna fish there favoriteBut much to my surprise, I found a fish head an guts right on topI want everyone who reads this to beware of what you open, before you attempt to feed it to your kidsJust imagine, if I wasn't paying attention an feed it to my kidsWould they or myself be poisoned by eating those fish guts?

Bought a $tire and after a month it has bulges on the sidewall and goes flat The Walmart in Pratt says that there is nothing they can do about it
I bought a $tire in the Wichita Walmart store about a month ago I went to Pratt the other day and when I came out it was flat There are several bulges on the sidewall I took it to the Walmart in Pratt, the closest auto center to where I live I got there about minutes before they closed Without ever looking my information up on the computer, they said that there was nothing they could do about it except sell me a new tire! I'm on a limited income and couldn't really afford the first one that I bought They were acting like I was bothering them by being there So now I'm running my van around on a donut tire and have a worthless $piece of junk that should be replaced I didn't have anything to do with it going flat It was holding air when I went to the store!

I WAS SHOPPING IN THIS STORE THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE WAXING THE FLOOR IN AN AREA I WANTED TO SHOP IN, SO I FELT THE FLOOR AND IT WAS DRY AND NOT EVEN TACKY, SO I WALKED ACROSS A CORNER ONLY USING STEPS AND THE NIGHT MANAGER WENT OFF ON ME FOR LEAVING FOOT PRINTS ALL OVER HIS NEWLY WAXED FLOORS WHEN THERE WAS OTHER WORKERS THERE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOST THE FOOT PRINTS,BUT HE SAID NOTHING TO THEMHE DIRECTED HIS COMMENTS TO ME AND HE EVEN CALLED BY MY NAME BECAUSE HE KNEW MY NAMEHIS ATTITUDE WAS THAT OF VERY VERY RUDE PERSON AND NOT OF A MANAGER WHO SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER TO REACT TO ANY SITUATION I was prepared to spend at least 200.00, But because of his remarks I will spend my money elsewhere WHERE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT

Racist employees Rude and bad for business

I took my car for an oil change at Walmart a few weeks ago After taking my car, I started to notice that my car was leaking oil Then, the oil light began to come on, which it never does I had someone take a look at my car and they informed me that the bolts were not tightened, one bolt was missing, and my car didn't have an oil gasket I called Walmart and they claimed they were going to look at their video and give me a call back, which they never did I had to pay more money to have my car repaired This is not acceptable and I wanted others to be aware of this problem

STORE IS THE WORST IN THE HISTORY OF WALMART WE AS ASSOCIATES CANNOT EVEN GET THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO DO OUR JOB I HAVE WENT TO CORPORATE AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK FOR THIS SORRY COMPANY OR STORE

We bought a yr service plan when we bought our pool May 27,2017.June of this yr was filling it up and the seams busted.Called the service plan to file a claim they called back and said it was not their faultI called Wal-Mart since that was who we bought the plan from.They said they couldn't help us.So why are they selling service plans and no one honors it

I had a return with a receipt, and I was told that I could not get my money back, nor a gift cardpurchase no *** Fwas called times, and I had to wait minutes on this so called assistant manager to response, than he was rude and condescendingHe had the nerve to snatch a pen out of my hand, and he made mocking remarks to meThis is the type of service, and representation that Walmart is sending outTo have to wait minutes for this man, and than he is rude, like I am disturbing himThen he had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get a store credit for which Walmart already has my money locked up, until it is released

I purchased an eye exam and glasses from the Walmart where I live ,I had a very bad experience with the vision center with in Walmart ,I was called about the glasses I purchased so I called went to the Walmart here where I live and found that the lenses in the glasses were chip so I'm being told one thing mean another and I was told I have to wait a bit longer to get the lenses and that would take even longer to fix and this is not what I expected ,I paid for these glasses and expected better quality and service and my frustration is that no one wanted to help I called both locations Hiram and Dallas store and got told couldn't help at all ,I want this resolved I spent money to get these glasses ,I found out that this location wasn't owned by Walmart and it doesn't tell you that and when I ask for help it wa blowed off please help and resolve this I did ask the manager at the Dallas location no help from her so please resolve this I am a Walmart customer like it have this matter taking

Walmart circulars for Christmas toys to be sold at their stores lists items that their corporate warehouse does not even sent to the stores It is just a come on to get customers in the stores to buy other items Walmart Customer Service will do nothing to ameliorate the situation, if you complain, they tell you to leave, and call security This is the classic "Bait and Switch"
