Someone has fraudulently opened a Walmart Family Mobile T Mobile account with my husband's information, and he had received a bill in September He reported this issue to our local Walmart mobile store in Belle Isle Blvd in Oklahoma City, trusting that your company would take care of this matter To our surprise, he received again a bill this month This has to stop! We called the 1-877-760-8760, and we spoke with an agent and a supervisor We were promised that the fraud agency will try to resolve this issue within days, but they could not tell us what resolution(s) is(are) to be made Clearly, our first complaint did not work How could we possibly trust Walmart company that our second complaint will stop this fraudulent act?
