Walmart Pet Pharmacy I hope that Walmart does a better job on filling scripts for people then it has done with my dogs script For the last months I have been getting Furosemide filled for my 5lb Chihuahua My Vet phoned in a new order this week same as the previous orders and when I went to pick it up they told me I had to purchase the 100ML bottle, telling me they would not open the bottle and spilt it out as they had done in the past For the amount I was getting before I was paying less than $6.00, this bottle would have cost It really wasn't so much the cost but them changing the quantity! If my dogs Vet wanted me to get that much, it would have been written on the script that way I would think that it is against the law to change a prescription, further more if they did not want to split the bottle they had plenty of time to inform the Vet or myself of their new policy I have found a Pharmacy to fill this prescription, however due to Walmarts actions my dog will have no meds for at least days If ANYTHING happens to my dog because of Walmarts irresponsible and what I feel to be unlawful actions I will be changing this from a "review" to a complaint and quite possibly a lawsuit SHAME ON YOU WALMART PHARMACY -SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA - US HIGHWAY

I went to the storefront the next day and was greeted with the same disrespect by the store manager *** when I demanded an apologyThe store manager cut me off several times when I tried to explain that he was in the wrong with the way he treated my wifeHe did the same thing to me as he did my wife and walked away as asked for a verbal and written apology
I could care less about the money for the chairs returnedBut, to have my wife slandered in public and have the gull to insinuate that my wife is a liar is simply unacceptable
We will be filing a complaint with the Ethics Department, through Walmart I highly recommend to everyone to shop at a better environment as this one does not provide a pleasurable shopping experience

On 09/07/16, I arrived inside the Richmond, CA Walmart at 10:04pm, and was told by the clerk in Customer Service that the Customer Sercive department close at 10pm There was still customer in customer being tended to at that time I was irate and asked to speak to a manager I explained to Assistant Manager *** that I had just purchased this carpet cleaner that same evening and when I attempted to use the carpet cleaner it started smoking, cut off and did not turn back on I immediately came back to Walmart quite upset, again arriving at 10:04pm *** repeated he was sorry but Customer Sercive for returns close at 10pm Where is this listed on the website for the Walmart in Richmond, Ca? On Wednesday November 21, I visited the Parma Ohio location to have tires replaced At approximately Noon, I called the automotive department to see if my size tires were available and if they would be able to accommodate me that evening The store associate told me the tires were available and as long as I was there before p.mit should not be a problem
I arrived at 5:p.m, and the service manager very rudely told me "No I can' t take you" The store did not appear busy We asked why when we were told we could be taken and he stated I can't We asked to see a Manager and he was explained the situation and got us in The Service Manager needs to gain some people skills but the Automotive Manager was very nice and saw no reason why we could not be taken care of
They also were very slow in getting the tires on for us Three and half hours for tires seems a bit much and were weren't the only customers who experienced the long waiting times I worked in this line of business previously for Wal-Mart Tire Lube and Express and I would be able to get tires done in about an hour and a three hour time span for a job would not be acceptable

I went to the storefront the next day and was greeted with the same disrespect by the store manager *** when I demanded an apologyThe store manager cut me off several times when I tried to explain that he was in the wrong with the way he treated my wifeHe did the same thing to me as he did my wife and walked away as asked for a verbal and written apology
I could care less about the money for the chairs returnedBut, to have my wife slandered in public and have the gull to insinuate that my wife is a liar is simply unacceptable
We will be filing a complaint with the Ethics Department, through Walmart I highly recommend to everyone to shop at a better environment as this one does not provide a pleasurable shopping experience

Hazel visited the location to return chairs, but Hazel was unable to return the items because Hazel did not yet have a copy of the digital receiptHazel spoke to *** in regard to the issue, and *** did not attempt to access the digital receipt*** behaved in a rude manner toward Hazel*** told Hazel that he knew for a fact that she did not purchase the items from the location because the product was not in stock at the locationHazel attempted to explain the issue to ***, *** shrugged his shoulders, dropped the paperwork, and *** told an assistant manager, "You handle thisI'm going home." *** walked away*** said *** insinuated Hazel was a "liar," in the presence of other customers, who also patronize ***'s business
*** reported the incident to Mike, and Mike escalated the issue to ***
Today, *** spoke to *** in regard to the issue, and *** told *** that the items were purchased at the location as Hazel and *** ordered the items for delivery at the location*** told *** that the receipt was outdated and beyond the timeframe of the return policy*** told *** that his issue was ***'s question of Hazel's integrity*** declined he told Hazel that she did not purchase the items at the location, in Noah's presence, which is untrue, as *** made the same comment to *** did not permit *** to further explain the issue, *** declined to issue a written letter of apology to Hazel at ***'s request, and *** refused to shake ***'s hand at the conclusion of the meeting because *** and *** could not resolve the issue

Extremely poor customer service
On 09/07/16, I arrived inside the Richmond, CA Walmart at 10:04pm, and was told by the clerk in Customer Service that the Customer Sercive department close at 10pm There was still customer in customer being tended to at that time I was irate and asked to speak to a manager I explained to Assistant Manager *** that I had just purchased this carpet cleaner that same evening and when I attempted to use the carpet cleaner it started smoking, cut off and did not turn back on I immediately came back to Walmart quite upset, again arriving at 10:04pm *** repeated he was sorry but Customer Sercive for returns close at 10pm Where is this listed on the website for the Walmart in Richmond, Ca? I only see the store hours listed from 6am to 12am
I when to Walmart on 8/30/ I bought a camera and The cashier at that time I remember hi was have some type of issues to scan the item , anyway , I came home and try to checkout the camera,I find out box was open before ,now they say the item doesn't match with my ticket, and it not fear what they been answering to me about not refunding money to me or exchange $
On Wednesday November 21, I visited the Parma Ohio location to have tires replaced At approximately Noon, I called the automotive department to see if my size tires were available and if they would be able to accommodate me that evening The store associate told me the tires were available and as long as I was there before p.mit should not be a problem
I arrived at 5:p.m, and the service manager very rudely told me "No I can' t take you" The store did not appear busy We asked why when we were told we could be taken and he stated I can't We asked to see a Manager and he was explained the situation and got us in The Service Manager needs to gain some people skills but the Automotive Manager was very nice and saw no reason why we could not be taken care of
They also were very slow in getting the tires on for us Three and half hours for tires seems a bit much and were weren't the only customers who experienced the long waiting times I worked in this line of business previously for Wal-Mart Tire Lube and Express and I would be able to get tires done in about an hour and a three hour time span for a job would not be acceptable
For the 1st time I used Grocery pickup to pick groceries up at I called at and was told that they would be out w my orderI waited hour 45mi

I purchased my glasses from WalMart Optical 10/They offer free cleaning and adjustmentsI had an adjustment 5/20/and a cleaning of the lenses at which time the Optician *** suggested a "deep" cleaning due to discoloration around the bridge of my glasses that would take "min"I chose to return for this procedure 5/23/around 5:45pm and *** was on duty againShe took my glasses for the cleaning as I concluded my shoppingUpon pick up of my glasses around 6:10p I asked about more adjustment and the visible debris between the lens and the frame so she took them to the back and proceeded to remove my lenses and clean itwhen she returned with them they needed more adjustment and I noticed what appeared to be fuzzy fingerprints on the lenses in my vision lineShe continued adjustment and brought them back and I attempted to wipe the "fingerprints" from the lens and concentrated more on the adjustment fitting and left the store to go homeDuring this time I was wearing perscription sunglasses as my vision is -and -so I cannot be without corrective lensesAnd since the daylight was still light enough I continued wearing my sunglasses during my return home which was around 6:pm when I switched out of my sunglasses into my regular glasses (I only have the pair in the current rx) is when I realized their was a problem with the lenses now being permantely damagedI phoned the optical department and spoke to *** indicating the lenses were damaged and she said to bring them back in but I was out of warrantyI could not return that same evening and the next morning phoned her Supervisor *** ***, the Optical Manager, she set a time on 5/25/around AM for me to have her look at themWhen we arrived at Walmart close to 8AM the optical department was not open and it was dark, I then browsed and purchased a blouse and around 8:15am then lights were lit in the optical department and we approached the area and met *** *** who looked at my lenses and said she did not know what it could be that damaged the lens because they only use water and asked if I had cleaned them with the wrong rag and not a microfiber cloth and indicated it was because my lenses were years old and it was deteriation of the lenses, they are year and months old and I did not have any problems prior to that date with clearly seeing through my lensesI was angry and cursed and she said she did have to deal with me if I cursed at her, and they were not going to do anything about this since "I am the "first" person to have this problemYou can visually see the crackled swirls which look like "fingerprints" now imbedded in the lensesI am forced to purchase $glasses in an emergency situation as it affects every aspect of my life, for the past couple of days I am wearing old prescription glasses from which I can only see clearly feet around me and everything else is blurry after thatI am trying to wear my prescription sunglasses that have my current prescription to get by until new ones are made for me at ***, I chose a hours place but due to my high prescription my lenses can take up to a week to completeThe fact that Walmart isn't admitting to the mistakes really makes me angry
