I called Walmart in West Valley City and they told me they had Nintendo NES in stock and to hurry and come and get them I was about miles away so hopped in my car and rushed over Once I got there, they told me they decided they were not going to sell them until the next day They apologized for changing their mind but it was their final decision I spent hours driving there and back with no results Even though they had the merchandise on the floor and I had the money, they refused to sell the item until the next day It took me over an hour to drive back home I then called the Walmart in Ogden (Wall Street) and the manager said he would go and find his and place them on hold for me He asked me to wait on the phone while he went looking for them Two hours later I am still holding on the phone I decided to use my home line and call the store to see what is going
Rude customer service and policies not upheld
A customer service cashier / rep was rude to me today, scoffed at me, and refused to uphold price matching policies as stated on Walmart.comI asked about a price matching and she lashed at me saying Walmart no longer price matches, however online it does, and she refused to look at my mobile device with the site pulled upShe then told me she didn't have time to help me, while no one else was in lineI asked to speak with a manger, and with out movingbor checking on her radio, she told me one was not availableI finished my purchase and that cashier didn't even bag my purchase
I then left the store The price matched item was only a matter of $10, so I'm not sure why it turned out to be such a massive issue for the employee
if I could give it a star I wouldin regards to their "new" savings catcher program-how they consider this a positive change that makes for a better shopping experience I am baffledyou now have to scan a bar code while checking out and goes into your Walmart pay account you cannot scan the receipt anymoreproblems:
-I have been into several Walmart locations over the past month and twice the checkout person has NO CLUE to what you are supposed to do/what to scan;
-you now are forcing me to have my phone in and on me when I go into Walmart (needless like my parents have a smart phone to begin with, which they don't);
-so now when you are done being rung up and have to pay you need to get into your phone, open your Walmart app and then the Walmart pay so you can scan a code-mean while the people waiting in line to checkout are now having to wait for me to do all this just making wait time in the line to pay longerthe only thing this has done is discouraged people from using the savings catcher program and put the money back into their own pockets and not the customersshame on Walmart for this poor change and lack of consideration to their customersbeing able to use this was a benefit to going to Walmart knowing I'd get the best price, but now not using it I will definitely not go out of my way to go to Walmart, rather just shop closer to home!

We called the 1-877-760-8760, and we spoke with an agent and a supervisor We were promised that the fraud agency will try to resolve this issue within days, but they could not tell us what resolution(s) is(are) to be made Clearly, our first complaint did not work How could we possibly trust Walmart company that our second complaint will stop this fraudulent act? I suggest that Walmart provides a closure to people like us with a timely notification, stating the actions made as a result of their investigation, specifically stating steps made (or to be made) to prevent similar issue in future

GET OUT." This is pretty much from across the store, yelling at usHe comes over to us, yelling the whole time"GET OUT OF THEREAND GET OUTYOU GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TOUCH THIS!!!!" At the same time, me and my bf respond calmly, "We asked someoneThey let us." We said "we asked" times, but it never went into ***'s ears because he was so focused on berating usI said, "Do you want me to find that guy? He's an African American young gentleman." *** yells back, "NO I'LL FIND HIMI DON'T EVEN HAVE ROOM ON THE FLOOR FOR THEM AND NOW I HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU GUYS OPENED THEMTHATS THE LAST BOX YOU LOOK IN, AND GET OUT!!!" He says all this while picking up the boxes and SLAMMING them stacking them on top of each other, possibly damaging the product tooThese items were in a dump bin already on the floor where it was going to be displayed, so I know he was lying about that(Saw it there the next day in the exact same spot with PLENTY of room to walk around.) I then calmly asked for his name, he turns his body so that his name tag is not visible to meHe ignores me the first time, I ask again and he says, "***." and arrogantly trolls off
The main points I wanted to address is 1) I asked and got permission from a walmart employee to look into the boxesHe actually opened the boxes for us2) Clueless *** comes out assuming and accusing paying loyal customers of going into boxes on their own3) *** BERATING AND HUMILIATING us in public and in front of other customers4) There were a million different ways *** could've approached us (preferably calmly and rationally) instead of screaming at us from across the store and then scolding us about how he has to do his job now
I have contacted customer relationsI have spoke with co managers ***(the following day) and ***(night of the tragic event)The response I got was basically saying all that will happen to *** is "he will get addressed." I sat on that response for a bit and decided to call customer relations back to escalate the matter to their district managerI am still currently waiting for a response from himNot that I wasn't happy with the co managers listening to me and giving me information, I just feel that for the HUMILIATION and ANGER that *** has brought upon me with him berating us in public deserves a little more than "he will be addressed on the situation." An apology from *** would be favorable and I would drop everything

Walmart gift cards used without my knowledge or consent
To Whom It May Concern:
On May 17, 2017, I purchased a $Wal-Mart Gift Card from Walmart Supercenter #in Lawrence, KansasI used my gift card ONLY at the Walmart store in Lawrence, KansasI never shared the card number with anyone else Nevertheless, someone used my card number and stole the remaining $without my knowledge or consent As a courtesy, I would like Walmart to reimburse me for the stolen amount
Walmart told me that someone stole my gift card number and it is being used now at Walmart store in Topeka, KS while I still have the actual cares with me in LawrenceI deny all transaction outside the city of Lawrence
In attempting to rectify this issue, I learned that gift card fraud is quite common, and that despite knowing that it is happening, Walmart refuses to help
I strongly believe that Walmart knew or should have known about the problems customers experience on their gift cards

I did not have a receipt and the associate stated that she could not refund or give me credit, since it was a "supplement" She opened the bottle and stated that she could not give credit, since the bottle was opened and that I had already taken some of the soft gel capsules At that point, I informed her that I was returning the capsules, since I may have gotten sick from taking themShe did not apologize that the capsules may have gotten me sick She just insisted that she could not issue a credit toward another bottle She wanted to issue credit for another bottle and that was the most she would do, but after opening the bottle she stated that she would not issue a credit for another

Gift card fraud
Walmart
I was given a gift card at Walmart in Denver Co The card was for items I returned that were not eligible for cash back The returns added up to $ When trying to use the card I was told that there was no money on it After investigations it was found that the card had been compromised prior to acceptance Someone had been able to extract the card information prior to issuance Once money was put on the card they were notified and used the information from the card to buy products in the store with their phone The store said that if I filed a police report that they would have the money owed to me put back on a card I did this but they did not refund the money I talked to several other people who all said they would help but did not The stores have dragged me through loop after loop for nearly a year All over $ I am a long time customer spending countless amounts of money with the company They have no right to treat me like this

I spoke to customer service about returning Spring Valley fish, flax, & borage oil with Omega 3-6-dietary supplement soft get capsules I had purchased these tablets, since my physician assistant recommended that I buy Omega 3-6-supplements to help with reducing my cholesterol levels
