Walmart Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice and have been getting my prescriptions filled at the Metairie, LA XXXXX location for years On Friday January 6, I went in to update insurance information and to get a prescription filled that had been called in by my physician *** waited on me initially I did not have my new card so she wrote down the info she needed and I told her I would step aside while I contact my insurance carrier Once the info was received another associate had opened the 2nd booth and I proceeded to allow her to wait on me *** was very rude from our initial contact She was having trouble putting the info in and kept asking me to repeat it I offered to give her the paper as I did not have my glasses and I may not be reading it incorrectly She very rudely stated that she could not see the info without even looking at it I then asked if she would like it faxed to them as the insurance web page was giving me that option She very rudely advised that it would be too small I advised that it would not be the size that was on the smart phone and it would be much larger she again advised very rudely that I could do what I want At that point I asked *** was she having a bad day? She asked "why you wanna know" I advised that because you are being quite rude She then advised and I quote "If I am so rude then let some body else help you" and walked off and left me standing there She proceeded to talk to a pharmacist, *** for a period of time clearly in a rude manner and going on and on while I stood there and just watched After a period of time *** walked over and apologized for her behavior but did not offer to assist me By this time *** was free and she offered to help She was very apologetic and clearly embarrassed by the way I had been treated I provided her the same information and it went through with no problem She was an awesome example of the type of employee any business would love to represent them I am a business owner and I would never allow any of my employees to treat any *** for any reason the way I was treated by *** I felt humiliated, embarrassed, belittled, and upsetNot to mention no one addressed ***'s behavior I kept thinking what would warrant this type of behavior The only thing I could think of is because I was a black female that *** held little regards for Yes discriminated against I will be discussing this matter with *** the Pharmacy Manager on my next visit to Walmart As far as continuing to utilize the Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled well I am not sure I guess it will depend on *** reactions

I returned a ink cartridge for my printer on 08/25:at the Walmart Store locates on Belmont Ave in Youngstown OH that I purchased on Walmart.com

Regarding service protection plans and specifically TVsI bought a $TV from Walmart added a yr care plan, yrs later tv is unrepairable and they promise a replacementI started this process the end of Octand am yet to receive a replacement-despite having received emails stating to first choose a replacement, next email confirmed selection, another said my service repair was completeI do not get called back when the CSR and their supervisors cannot help with my claimYesterday I received another email telling me to choose a replacement for my TV, I went through the motions thinking maybe the one I had chosen was no longer in stotried to cancel my order that was previously done (so CSR said), this morning I received another choose a replacement email, never received yet another call back supervisor promised I would get, she would "See to it personally." When I call back Walmart.com and finally speak to a supervisor that said she is the Accountable supervisor at Walmart CorporateShe tells me that they have the TV in my area, but I would need to pay more for itThen she tells me that Walmart.com has the TV and that I would need to pay $more for itAnd she explained that this was because I had picked the TV up in the storeSo Walmart and TCL get to make more money because I wanted to pick the TV up? My complaint is about the tire lube express possibly making a error on my oil change on 9-10-and the lack of compassion from the management
