Walmart on Montfort Dr in Dallas has been checking receipts as clients exit the store for some months now This practice is discriminatory given that this is not a policy that is practiced across Walmart storesMoreover, consumers don't have a membership contract that requires said practice Yesterday, May 8, as I was exiting, the guard on duty not only demanded my receipt but he also expected me to open my bags so that he could check off every single item This practice is discriminatory and must stop immediately I will submit a complaint with the state attorney general's office and will go to the press

Need a RCA tablet code Walmart didn't provide, now the new product is useless
I bought a RCA tablet at Walmart in Salt Lake City at Hope Avenue on 08/31/At the time of purchase the grocery cashier should have generated a code to unlock the tabletHowever, the cashier gave me the receipt without the codeI have called the RCA to request one code, their representative said that the DISa from my tablet box is not working because Walmart didn't register the purchase, and the DISa it has been appearing as invalid, due to an "unauthorized" sellerI have contacted the Walmart in Salt Lake many times about the issue, they told me to take the tablet back, but the tablet is in BrazilI need that they use my receipt to generate the code to unblock , unlock the tabletThis is not a password reset, this is a factory secured code

Today was my second experience trying to return a DEFECTIVE item at this store
Last year I purchased a pair of Interceptor boots, within three days the zipper on the side broke offWhen I went to return them, I was told that despite the fact that I had the reciept, they were too "dirty" to returnHello they're work boots, and I was working in them when they broke and I had to walk around with a broken boot all day
Today I went in with an early Christmas gift, a quart electronic pressure cooker from as seen on tv, that I had only used a few times before realizing that it didn't fully pressurize and burned all the foodI did not have my reciept because my friend bought it for me AS A GIFTThe woman at the customer service counter was very nice and told me to go get another one from the shelfWhen I got back, CSS Manager Demonte was telling my mother that they would not do an exchange or a return without a receiptWe explained it was a gift, but he said there was absolutely nothing they could doThen Demonte gave us the corporate number to as seen on tv, to try and get them to return itI called the number right away, and they said guess what you have to return it at the storeWe talked to Demonte again, told him that as seen on tv said that Walmart had to do itHe again insisted that they couldn't return it without a reciept even if it was a giftWe asked to speak to another managerHe called Shay, and went and talked to her first, before bringing her to us, to which we explained the same thingIt was a defective product that was a giftShe refused as well
What the *** is wrong with Walmart employees? Since when can you not return an early Christmas gift? Never again

October 28th 2018, I took my car to have it serviced at the Walmart in Montgomery AL locationSunday's oil change event, turned into hours of wasted time and frustrationIt started off at the Walmart on Ann St, where their wait time was ridiculous, so I proceeded to the Wal-Mart on Chantilly, only to experience the same information (wait time over two hours)The customer service specialist at Chantilly Walmart was nice and called over to the Atlanta Hwy locationThis location advised that they had no wait time for oil changes and fuel injection cleaningSo I traveled down to that locationThis is when I found out information to my surprise
The Atlanta Hwy Walmart technician advised that I need to go back to the Ann St location for serviceMy truck had an oil leak from the oil filter and the location on Atlanta Hwy could not service

Electronics Dept has nothing but refurbish JUNK
Ive had a JVC model JLC47BCmaybe a little over 2yrs and for the past month there's a problem where the TV has to be reset by unplugging it and hitting power button times to come on and there's a shortage in itShould known there was going to be a problem when it took so long to come on when my son first gifted it to me but since had never had a LCD/LED tv I thought this was the norm but its not after finding reviews advising they are having the same issueI do believe Walmart has known about this issue because its all over the internet dating back to and its now discontinueThis will be the second piece Junk of a tv from Walmart , my first was a no good PROSCAN that didnt last a yearCould never buy a cordless phone or printer out of there that would workIve sent CEO/escalations an email about issue with no responseI want this tv replaced asap

These ticket numbers are for accounts that have found and disclosed lower prices at competitors storesBoth the agent and myself can see what prices were lower on what items AND what should be refunded
The system has no problem paying out on other receiptsThese are one off's that will not pay out

If I had not taken the time to check my receipt, or wait what seemed like forever, I would never have been reimbursed
When I think of how much money Wal Mart or someone from that particular store is gleaning from these kinds of mistakes, I am horrifiedThis Wal Mart probably has at least customers a dayIf each one was overcharged just $10, someone would have taken $10,per day illegally from the customers
I am not sure who else I can talk with or write letters to to help others avoid getting taken advantage of by this Wal MartUntil I find out, I will continue to tell people what happened to me and to check their receipts and report any discrepancies immediately

Vandalia, IL Pharmacy in Wal-Mart has hours that state that they close at 7pm I walked up at 6:45pm and asked to purchase an item from behind the counter to which I was told they couldn't sell it to me because they were already closed and the money had been taken from them already So I asked to talk to a store manager to which they had me talk to the pharmacist which at least on his name tag, he was not listed as a manager
