Antonio was on-time, notified me shortly prior to arrival, listened patiently while I described the problem and did fine job of completing the necessary fixes. The cost of the visit and the parts installed was reasonable.

Excellent Service as usual. [redacted] did a great job. Clean, efficient, and informative.

It is a pleasure doing business with Parker and Sons. My only complaint is that [redacted] has not come to my home for service.

I've called on Parker and Sons for 18 years for any problem I am having that involve water, heating, cooling and electricity. They are hands down the BEST. Their staff and technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and reliable. Their rates are also reasonable.

Simply stated, I could not be happier with the service I received. The technician, [redacted], was knowledgeable, customer-centric, and he informed me about everything he was doing. Additionally, he also educated me on the functions of several of the components that make up the heating and cooling system, increasing my very limited knowledge and understanding.

I called for a non-urgent repair of a heater system. The technician arrived on time as scheduled the next day. They didn't leave us waiting forever. The tech was great, and had the system up and running in no time at all. He checked the entire system and made his recommendations. I would definitely recommend Parker and Sons again!

Review: I purchased a solar hot water system from Parker and Sons to replace my existing system that I had for over 20 years. Parker and Sons installed a new system – panels and hot water heater. (I doubt it is under warranty).

In 8/2/15, I contacted Parker and Sons to have service on my unit. The glass on one of the solar panels had blown out and shattered. The Service tech came out on 8/3/15 and inspected the unit. He said something large had fallen on the solar panel and that is why the glass shattered. I am a 68 year old widow and not about to get on the roof to verify or question what I’m being told. He tried to get a quote on the cost and said he would have to get back with me. After not hearing from him in a week, I called to find out what the replacement glass will cost. He gave me a price of $600+ to replace the class. I told him fine, order it. He said he would have to order another glass and would be back to install it in about 4 weeks. That time frame came and went, so I called Parker & Sons to find out the status. Their Customer Service Rep told me the installer would have to call me back. When he called back, he said he would have to check with the warehouse to see what the status was. Then he called back to say, they must have sent it back to the manufacturer. He said he would re-order it and it would be about 4 weeks. In the meantime, we were having a lot of rain and bad weather, my concern being the damage being done to the exposed solar unit. When I didn’t hear anything again, I called the Customer Service and requested a supervisor, because I was doubtful this person would help me resolve this issue. I was told he was the only service person available I and would have to stay with him and that he would call me back.

When I called Customer Service on 12/8 and was promised a call back by a supervisor. Well, here I am… December 15th (over 4 months) and NO contact and no resolution or solutions from Parker and Sons, .Desired Settlement: I would like a solution to fixing my broken solar panel. I feel this aggravation that I have had to go through and the additional damage to my panel from not being repaired should also be taken into consideration with the cost to repair or replace this panel.

on 4-13-16 I had some one come out for an annual air con. ck. supervisor came with trainee, supervisor told me dryer tubing for my dryer was no connected to vent gave me a number of someone to call to clean venting and reconnect. a friend sent her boyfriend out who is in construction to ck it out first. nothing was wrong or not connected. it was a scam,he must get a cut for sending customers. I had parker and sons out a few months prior for a fall ck.. up. nothing was said about dryer vent being loose.being an older woman he was trying to take advantage. he tried to scare me about a fire. lucky I found some one honest to ck things out for me. I have been a customer for many years with parker and sons . they lost a loyal customer with his dishonesty.

I have been doing business with Parker and Sons since 2006. They have installed two replacement heat pumps a water heater and a water softener on my home. In every case the products they installed were of excellent quality their workmanship was exceptional and their service after the sale was prompt and effective. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality company that is price competitive.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of the personnel at Parker & Sons! Each time someone comes out to check my A/C and furnace, I get the same quality & CONSISTENT service every time! Each technician is professional, friendly and honest. I highly recommend them!!

Our ac unit stopped working, and Parker and Sons sent Wesley M. out to service it. He had it up and running in no time at all! The price was surprisingly low, and the service was top notch. Wesley is a rock star, and I can't thank him enough!

I have been a customer of Parker & Sons for about 6 years, and I have never been disappointed. The most recent call was because of a bad balance spool in the shower requiring replacement but the bad part is that in order to get to it [redacted] had to open the bedroom wall. I have an appointment with [redacted] for drywall repair and I've had him before. Glad he's still there because I know I'm in good hands. This company may cost a little more sometimes, but it is true you do get what you pay for!

I have been a Parker & Sons customer for several years and have always been very happy with their products & services. My usual technician is [redacted]. He is dependable, does excellent work, is very respectful toward me & my property, comes out quickly when I have a problem...I would definitely recommend this company.

Craig B. was a big help yesterday (Sunday) as he came in the afternoon to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He came from Queen Creek which was a 40 minute drive. He found the problem and fixed it. I would recommend him to return for any plumbing problem I have.

Every time I have used Parker and Sons it has been a great experience. We have used their plumbing and air conditioning services and a very pleased with everything they do for us.

Parker and son honest I was prepared to buy a new ac unit they informed me tje unit was umder warranty ordered the parts fixed the unit labor onlly ,I recomend parker and son for all plumming and ac issues
