I have used Parker & Sons for my ac/heating maintenance needs for over 20 years. When I needed new units they were not the cheapest but quality is never at a lowest price. I recommend them highly!

Service A+ from initial phone call. Service man was prompt, polite, informative answered my questions. This is why I've been doing business with Parker And Sons for these many years.

The system checkout was good as normal. they do a thorough evaluation. This time the AC disconnct fell apart when the tech pulled it. Wanted $389 to replace it. I found a drop-in replacement at Home Depot for $13 and another $13 for fuses (not really needed with breakers). I replaced it in less than 30 minutes myself. Then a motor run cap was low and he wanted another $274 to replace it. I got it at Grainger for $13. 10 minutes to replace myself. Now I see how they make their money. Still a good system check.

I recently had Parker & Sons employee, Rob W, come out to my house and do a number of plumbing jobs for my wife and myself. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job and finished his work in no time flat.

I called in the morning because all my lines were blocked in the house. Mike was out to my house quickly. He was courteous, friendly but very efficient. I would highly recommend him as one to request at Parker and Sons.

This company misdiagnosed the problem with my A/C and charged me an excessive amount ($366) for services that were unnecessary to fix my A/C unit. Their "repair" lasted for 2 hours when the A/C shut down and when they came back out they suggested a new unit entirely due to age and what the cost would to make another repair ($832). I got a second opinion from another company who fixed the unit with a minor $69 repair. Very disenchanted with the lack of knowledge and expertise to repair unit, their overcharges and the attempt to upsell me to a new unit.

The installation was done timely and professional.

The service was very good and prompt.Technican was very good and all service was performed.My only real concern is why do the parts have such a high mark up.The exact same parts can be purchased for less than 3/4 the cost. Over all I give them a good rating.

Work done was great, technician wonderful and professional. But a bill of over $600 to install new innards in the toilet tank and new garbage disposal seems really excessive. Especially when we're HVAC customers of theirs. Our being seniors is our deal, not theirs, but I would say the price does seem too much.

Very professional. Offered water heater options, costs and benefits. Thorough review of replacement procedure. Excellent installation. Good clean up and customer review of warranties.

My technician was friendly, courteous, and knowlegible. He explained everything before seeking approval. He even showed me pictures so I didn't have to climb up into the attic.

mike was a very good worker and explain every thing he doing what I needed , he went above and beyond what he was suppost to do and found the leak and was so friendly. a great worker and very nice person
