Parker and Sons

I have had service on AC from Parker for a number of years. They are truly very professional. Today we had a inspection from an AC Tech named Dale A[redacted]. He was excellent, thorough and very informative. I like to have insight from a technician and Dale really delivered that with me today. Thank you Dale and Parker and Sons.

Josh is always punctual and pleasant. He is an efficient technician. I have known him for years when he first started working with his father Ray Salow. I always request him for my AC service.

We purchased our new heat pump/air conditioner from Parker and Sons in 2006. We have been under their maintenance agreements during the whole time since then. I have ALWAYS been pleased with the service personnel and we see them twice a year according to their service agreement. They are cordial, neat and careful of furnishings in the house. When they come in they put protective covers over their shoes so as not to dirty our flooring. To teh best of my knowledge they have treated me fairly and if something was recommended, I have gone ahead with what they mentioned. I am glad to endorse them and thank them at the same time for thier good work on my behalf.

Last night we had a gentleman named [redacted], what a great guy. He was so knowledgeable about everything. He explained everything to us, gave us his opinion and I felt was very truthful. What a asset for Parker and Sons too have such a valuable employee. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a serious leaking problem and called Parker & Sons.

The person they sent went by the name of [redacted]. He got to work right away and fixed what he could. He ended up calling [redacted] because of the damage.

Superior service,especially late on a Satuday night! Arrived quickly and did a thorough inspection and repair. That's why we've been a Parker and Sons customer for years!

I have started using Parker and Sons for all my needs, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. because of good words re. Parker from friends. In calling and talking to office staff, I liked the helpful congenial office staff, had a service call for plumbing I believe and have then continued on whenever need arises. Just recently I have had a spring time check on my A.C., and once again as most pleased with [redacted] who did the servicing. Good manners and expert service seem to be in all areas of this concern and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service....fast and they know their stuff and did a great job......we had 2 leaks, one in a shower head and one in a bathroom stool

I made an appointment online & got a call within the hour scheduling my appointment for December 24th!! [redacted] the Parker & Son associate was amazing. Parker & Sons takes care of all my plumbing and A/C needs. I have a maintenance agreement with them for the A/C units. Their service is professional, on time, and comprehensive, and I rely on them to get any problems FIXED, pronto. The staff is especially courteous. I have recommended Parker & Sons to many friends, who report similar experience. Great company!

In the past year I have used Parker and Sons twice and each time the experience could not have gone smoother. I was treated with respect and concern right from the beginning with the phone call to arrange service all the way thru the completion of the job. The repairmen were very clear in their explanations of the situations and the work they were to perform in my homes. This company definitely understands customer service.

[redacted] is our technician for our A/C-Heat Pump. He is awesome!! He keeps us informed about our unit; makes recommendations as to what may need to be repaired or replaced. He is very knowledgeable and respects our decisions, once we have made them. He is not "Pushy", and that is very important to us!!!! He has always been on time and very neat in his work ethic. Parker & Sons has a "KEEPER" in [redacted].

The tech that came to my home was professional. he did a great job. he cleaned up after he was done. He explained the warranty to me.

I couldn't have asked for better in finding a company to install a water softener in my condo. Bryan was professional and educated me on how a water softener works and Ben came and installed it quickly and with no problems. I would highly recommend this company. I don't know about other work, but definitely for water softeners. I would think that if they're good with water softeners, they'd be good at all the other things they do. Kudos to the company and the two men I dealt with.

Very satisfactory pre-sale support in conjunction with Costco a/c deal. When the unit I ordered was not available from the manufacturer on the install date I was upgraded to the next unit available from the same manufacturer, a unit I considered but figured I would never recoup in energy savings the difference in price since I am not planning on being in this house long enough. Before closing the sale I mentioned there was a roof leak below/around the unit and they agreed to pay a portion of the the repair. Two months later it finally rained and it was still leaking. I called them and they immediately sent out supervisor who contacted the roofing company. Parker offered to remove the unit (another crane visit) and paid to have the entire section of roof resealed - no arguing on my part. It has not leaked in the past 6 months. Very pleased with a/c units and the service.

Very fast response...Extremely competent plumber...Very detailed explaination of the repairs and detailed suggestions for avoiding future issues.

Parker & Sons - The technician who came out ([redacted]) was very courteous, professional and informative. He diagnosed our problem quickly and was very helpful in getting us information on the warranty plan.

Speaking with [redacted] in the warranty dept. was awesome. She was helpful, courteous and the whole experience went very smoothly. [redacted] was awesome thru our whole experience.

I would recommend Parker & Sons to anyone in need of heating and cooling needs.

We discovered a leak in our water heater on a Thursday night. Called Paker and Sons and they replace and removed our old heater that night. [redacted], the serviceman was great and explained everything. Would not hesitate to call them again for any emergency.

It is indeed a pleasure to welcome into my home someone who makes a point to practice a high level of customer service. I found Eric to be respectful courteous and responsible in his attitude towards his work. Parker and Sons is indeed fortunate to have such a fine young man in their employ.
