Parker and Sons

I have always had excellent service from Parker and Sons, today Steven Sciannaa came to do the half yearly service on my air conditioner. He was on time, and very knowledgable about some questions I had regarding a new ceiling grill. Once again I experienced the good service that you get from Parker and Sons.

The work of installing a water heater we purchased from them was shoddy. They left a very visible problem for us and then tried to tell us that is the way the work has to be done. They drilled holes in our garage and set it up so that the heater would drain to our front door.

Ben explained the what, why, and when of the maintainence process, showed the parts he replaced for comparison and ran the hot water into the tub to make sure the line was flushed clean.

I think the work is good but the company wants their repairmen to find something wrong with the air conditioner to generate more business. This does bother me as we customers want to know the truth. If a part is worn, and can yet be of use, we should be told. Repairs that are not necessary should not even be mentioned. I want Parkers & Sons to keep my [redacted] working for as long as it can and yet they keep wanting me to buy a new one. Prices for repairs can have different values depending on how much you question them.

This is not our first visit to Parker & Sons and as always we are totally satisfoed with the service and would recomend them to anyone we know. Thanks for the excellent service/Jim yesterday and also [redacted] for maintaining our heating and AC.

I have used Parker and Sons for A/C service, a new single unit A/C system in our garage and for plumbing issues. Making an appointment is extremely quick and easy. They even have same day service! Their technicians are prompt and courteous and arrive when they are scheduled. They give a courtesy call before they arrive. I would recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing and A/C services.

My house was recently vandalized and I was afraid the insurance check wouldn't be enough. Not only were they professional but they worked with me on my budget. The work was done quickly and you can't tell there was any damage. I recommend Parker&Sons to everyone. I will definitely use them again. A+++

We just had our second yearly checkup on our 2 ac units and as usual every thing went as scheduled. As we requested we got the tec that we wanted and he did a fabulous job. We have a lot of faith in Parker & Sons they always come when specified and will even show up on a weekend with out an extra charge. Thanks to [redacted] for a job well done.

I was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by the two men who replaced our air conditioner. They did the work efficiently, covered the walls to prevent marring, and cleaned up afterwards. I will use Parker & Sons again.

This was one of the most complete check-ups I have ever had on my heating system. Also my water heater was looked at;and,I was given several suggestions as to how to make sure it keeps working well. There was no pressure at all with these suggestions or comments on my heating system. This is a "no brainer" deciding to keep my business with Parker and Sons.

The technician was extremely competent, found two faults with my AC system and fixed them quickly and efficiently showing me why he had to replace two capacitors.

This call was handle very quickly. The person taking the call and making the repair. I wa very impressed that the person that trouble shot the problem at 11pm was the same perso that finished the call the next day.

The tech was very professional and friendly.

AC Technician, Daniel M[redacted], was a consummate professional that troubleshot my issue quickly, obtained parts the next day and did a fantastic job with the repair. Above and beyond was his attention to the little details of the job.

The tech, Jesse, replaced a defective hot water heater. He was very professional and personable. He worked quickly and neatly. And he took time to answer all my questions. My only concern was that he replaced the circulating pump with the dial facing the wall, which makes it difficult to program. When I called about that, they promised to send someone to fix it tomorrow.

Eric was efficient and did the job in a timely manner.

We have had Parker & Sons for 8 years, eer since we moved to Arizona and we never had a problem. They are quite fair and honest. I don't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Brendon is very professional and friendly. He performed the a/c checkup and subsequent maintenance to the unit in a timely manner. He took care to cover his shoes when entering my house and was polite at all times. He's an excellent example of employees of Parker and Sons.

Jerry P[redacted] supervised a recent water heater installation for us. Other plumbing projects were also performed: pressure regulator install, shower faucet repair, new cut off valves, etc. Jerry exhibited a great deal of knowledge of the components and tasks involved. We were extremely pleased with the services he provided.
