I had Wes as my technician and he was very professional and answered all of my question.

My wife and I had just put our house up for sale and had not one, but two plumbing leaks in the upstairs bathrooms start the first day on the market. We wanted fast, reliable repairs so rather than attempt to handle them myself we agreed to call Parker & Sons. The customer service representative was very friendly and when I asked to make an appointment even suggested sending someone out that very evening. Jim arrived less than an hour later and went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he had both leaks taken care of. It's this kind of service that we've come to expect from Parker & Sons so we call them for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs. Jim was very meticulous and careful about keeping the area clean during his work and after he finished. We've used Parker & Sons several times for various jobs and no matter who they sent they've been courteous and professional.

David came to my house after another company told me that it would cost almost $1000 to "maybe" fix my problem. David came out the first time and told me to try a few other options I could do on my own first to save some money. Well, that didn't work and David came back, fixed my problem in about 30 minutes for under $250! David is a credit to Parker and Sons! How many companies still have the integrity to treat their customers the same way?

Two years ago Parker installed a new water heater. At that time the installer educated me on the importance of replacing the Anode rod in a couple of years especially since I have a softner system.

I just had the Anode replaced. It was in bad shape and the timing was great. [redacted] did an excellent job and I now have a new Anode protecting the water heater.

I don't hear much about this Anode protecting water heaters. Parker should advertize and get the word out.

Robert was very professional, clean and on time. He did the service that I needed done in a timely manner and he definitely was no Melvin. I will use Parker and Sons if I ever need any kind of repairs done in the future. I want to thank Parker and Sons for caring so much about their people and who they send out to represent them.

The technician was very polite and explained what was checked.

I have a contract that says twice a year they will come out service my A/C and swamp cooler units and if anything is needed I will pay extra for that at their current prices. Originally all the prices were broken down as to part, time, tax etc and now it is just one flat fee. The worker has no way of breaking this down and I do not blame him but definitely do not like that system. They may be charging prices that do not balance with the actual parts and service provided and it is not only Parker that is doing this but most home servicing companies today. It is a very unfair system and can easily lead to being overcharged and the customer has no way of knowing. I have found that this company charges a very high price for parts for the swamp cooler, pads etc. but when checking with other companies they are also doing the same, overcharging. If you go to Home Depot, Lowe's etc where you can buy the filters or motors they are much less then the actual part. So you have no idea how they come up with the total that should include labor, service, sale tax and other expenses. I want to know the exact charge per unit and not a ROUNDED number of their total charges. On this service, spring check of systems, I also had a surge protector installed for my AC/Swamp cooler, both are on the same power line, and the charge was $185.00. I did not think this was unreasonable or an overcharge but again it did include everything, part, labor, trip charge, sales tax etc. I searched online for this particular item and found the price ranging from $39.80 to $59.73. I wonder what their breakdown is so that it totals the $185.00 that I paid which I might add was was their current discount price, normally the charge was $247.00 and main reason I had not had it installed before as that price is to high.

We received excellent service on a toilet that would not refill. The representative was on time, courteous, and explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. He also helped us avoid a problem with the water heater by checking it and replacing the anode which was fully corroded. He explained what we needed to do to maintain the water heater and extend it's life. We were very pleased with the service and will use them again when needed.

Parker and Sons give the best service for repairs that I have ever received. We have had several occasions to use their service and every tech has been knowledgeable, polite and honest. They quote the price up front and there are no surprises. We are very pleased with the company and will use Parker and Sons whenever we need service.

Parker & Sons is a great source for providing seasonal check-ups at a reasonable price. The technicians are always knowledgable, courteous and clean, as if you were the first customer of the day.Finding a bad part is where I have a small challenge with them. It seems that their pricing is a little high. This is not a good thing for people on fixed incomes.

Excellent service. Knowledgable and explained exactly what they were doing. Gave me choices on where to run copper pipe. I always use Parker and Sons for my HVAC, water, and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

We had Michael A[redacted] help us with our plumbing problems. He installed the Anode rod and flushed our hot water heater. He not only provided excellent servicing but also made several suggestions in areas that might need to be watched closely in the near future.
If we need those areas corrected we will definitely request Micheal again.

I went to Parker & Sons for a second opinion & [redacted] was honest and told exactly what the problem was which was a $200 fix while the other guys told me I needed a new heater. Definitely believe I will continue to use Parker & Sons.

Wes was very helpful. Came back a second time when we were still having problem with air. Did all possible to fix problem. We had a leak. Works great now.

Parker and Sons were prompt with my appointment. They replaced my water heater and air conditioner. Just like the commercial advertised they entered the house with coverings on their shoes. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. I would use them again and highly recommend them. Everyone was very professional.
