into a written agreement, which Equitable Acceptance was not involved and clearly stated the dealer was offering a service to help navigate the student loan relief bureaucracy.? The dealer has many programs to help the customer in repaying their student loan debt depending on the customer's financial situation, and the program the customer was enrolled in was a Pay as you Earn which had a zero payment to student loans for the first year.? The customer needs to re-enroll in the program on a yearly basis to stay in the program.? Part of the fee the customer financed was for the dealer to do the re-enrollment for three additional years.? The money paid to Equitable Acceptance was to repay the loan for the fee, not to pay towards student loansThe customer had paid the payments on the loan which would indicate their acceptance of this loanWe were requested by the dealer to cancel the loan back to them, and if there is any refund it would be from them.? We cancelled this account and the customer has no further obligation to Equitable Acceptance

Acceptance (EAC) is not involved and clearly states the dealer offers a service of helping to navigate teh student loan debt relief bureaurcracy.? The consumer had three days to cancel the agreement, but did not.? We will not be cancelling this account.? If there is an issue with the student loan consolidation, teh customer needs to contact the dealer to resolve.? We look forward to having the customer fulfill their obligation to us so we do not have to report this as a negative account on their credit bureau.? This customer was not solicited by EAC in any way to work with the DOE to consolidate student loans.? We have electronically signed documents which the customer signed to enter into the agreement to finance the fee, and we have a recorded verification call which the customer agreed to these terms

customer needs to contact them at ###-###-####.? The $payment is for the repayment of the contract the customer signed to pay the dealer for the service they provided.? We cannot cancel this account.? Per the terms of the signed documents, the customer had three days after signing to cancel with the selling dealer.? The contract and terms were verified with the customer prior to funding.? We will expect the customer to fulfill their obligation to us.? Refusal to pay could lead to a negative reporting to the credit bureau

I called the number twice.? I waited a couple of days and tried it again still nothing.? Today I called again and the automated machine suggested I leave a voicemail or email Studentsupport.US.? The automated answering system did not identify the company.? Student "advisors" is the company I originally started with.? Andrew *** was the initial contact person.? This is a scam.? I should have done better research to begin with, but felt like I had.? I got most of my information when I delved deeper into the situation from the Revdex.com
