Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My main complaint was that they misspelled my name. When I asked them to change the spelling, they would not. They would not cancel the order. This was an order for tickets to a concert that was selling out quickly. We ordered for ourselves and friends. Friends paid for their tickets. I was afraid this was a fraud. What company would not be willing to correct errors on a credit card statement? In addition, they stated that I would need ID to prove these tickets were mine. I couldn't do that; my name was misspelled. 2 days later, they quickly sent tickets. I didn't know what name was on them. They corrected things on the credit card charge. Again, I had no idea if I was going to be able to get into the concert. I feared losing friendship and having to pay my friends for useless tickets. This company was totally uncooperative. I found out that they charged us approximately $80.00 over the going price and we had horrible service. I never received an apology. Up until the time we walked into the arena doors, I didn't know if I was going to be able to attend the concert or not. I still have not heard a word from the company. I have been cheated and mistreated. I'd like to have that extra $80.00 back because of the horrible service and the predicament that I was placed in. I will not buy from them again. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough the information was indeed posted as indicated, when I purchased the ticket for $134, there was no indication by the seller that the ticket would be valued at only $50. When I contacted the vendor and explained my outrage I was greeted with a friendly but defensive note saying, in essence, that it's just too badI contacted the vendor again, and received a similar response. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate... transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by NRG Stadium.” As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets does not own inventory; as such, all tickets listed on our site are set by individual sellers. These prices are based on those sellers’ individual assessments of a range of factors, including customer demand. When Ms. [redacted] viewed tickets for the production of “2017 Houston Rodeo – The Chainsmokers” the top of this page clearly stated, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” Once Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she navigated to our checkout page. Though Ms. [redacted] has indicated that the fees associated with her order were not shown; this is inaccurate. After entering an email address and selecting a delivery method, Ms. [redacted] was presented with an itemized order breakdown of her order. This breakdown clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $625.67 in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Ms. [redacted] mentioned our 100% Money Back Guarantee to which we would like to provide clarification. This guarantee, detailed throughout the checkout process, ensures that tickets will be authentic and arrive before the customer’s event. This guarantee does not however, offer cancellations upon a customer’s request. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This is a real rip off site-claim to sell tickets safer than scalpers while sellng at above face value then reap the rewards of a $25.00/ticket fee and claim no refunds...Why is this legal

Ordered tickets to the ***, *** ** ***, and ** *** concert here in Atlanta for November 25, Received confirmation and tickets within 15-minutes of my ordering on-line I was a little skeptical when I printed the ticket, because in the issued to - it stated someone elses name; but below the ticket information a message stated tickets were through a third party It was my first time order tickets on-line

I find it extremely unprofessional for Online City Tickets to respond to this concern that day AFTER the eventI am rejecting this response because: the information on their website was misleading in comparison to the Artist's websiteTheir website made consumers believe that they were getting the VIP package but instead only received the VIP seats (not the package)Also when I called to speak with customer service, it was very difficult reaching a live agent and once I did reach a live agent, the agent hung up on me stating that we can't resolve the issueAlso in the response from Online City Tickets, they said they offered a resolution to be amicableThere was no such offerThis website and customer service team operate immorally and unethical
