Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/20) */ OnlineCityTickets.com has contacted Ms[redacted] and we feel we have reached a resolution that suits both partiesWe now consider this issue closedIf Ms [redacted] would like to attend another live event in the future, or if she has any questions about an order or our website, we welcome her to reach out to us Thank you, OnlineCityTickets.com
Disappointed that I am paying over $for tickets with one being obstructed view and one limited view This info should be told to you when selecting seats I went on live chat with Andrea however she sent info that said that because I agreed to terms seats could not be changed or cancelled Hopefully we will be able to enjoy play with these poor choice seats
I purchased tickets to [redacted] for my best friend and I, in December! The price was right, and the seats looked great- so I bought them! The tickets arrived weeks before the show,I printed them out and we were good to go! My experience was AWESOME with online city tickets, we had amazing seats and no hiccups! I'd use them again!
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The fact that the merchant processes "numerous successful transactions each day" has no bearing on the status of this particular transaction Further the fact that they are a "resale marketplace" does not change their legal obligation to me the consumer to disclose all necessary ticket information in a clear and object manor, nor does it legally or ethically protect them from providing refunds for acceptable reasons as they would like to imply. If they have a company policy which states, "all sales are final" they are outwardly misleading / deceiving customers with their headline banner all over their webpage which indicates there is a 100% money back guarantee Even if this guarantee is for different circumstances it is in no way clear to consumers Further, although the steps of the ticket purchase may be as they listed I do not believe nor to I consent to the fact that the tickets were disclosed as being "obstructed view and alcohol free." Were that information clearly disclosed I would not have gone through with the purchase As a result, when I opened the ticket page after completing the transaction I saw that language on the face of the ticket and contacted the merchant within a couple hours of the purchase to inform them that there must be a mistake to which I was told, as their response to this complaint would indicate, that there are no refunds and they are a resale marketplace Prior to this response I have logged a third challenge with my credit card company and do not intend to ever allow the merchant to obtain the money for the tickets I will also continue to log complaints against the company if they continue to refuse a valid refund which I am due It would be in the merchants best interest to provide a full refund as they will lose more customers and money due to my complaints than they will gain in attempting to gain control of the money which they deceitfully are attempting to take for the tickets, for which I have no use Sincerely, [redacted]
Fast and accurate service

Thank you for your response regarding this matterAs we previously stated, since a financial dispute has been filed regarding this transaction we are unable to provide Ms [redacted] with a resolutionAs such, we consider this matter closedAny questions regarding this dispute should be directed to the financial institution with which it was filedRegards, Online City Tickets
Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/21) */ Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms***'s concernsWe should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate ticketsinstead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." Ms [redacted] believed she was purchasing tickets directly from the DAR Constitution Hall, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceOur checkout process gave Ms [redacted] multiple opportunities to examine the full details of her orderWhen Ms [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMs [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she/ was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $828.75, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Ms [redacted] clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order In addition, Ms [redacted] claims that she did not receive the correct tickets for seats in the section that she requestedHowever, this is inaccurate; when Ms [redacted] selected tickets to her event, she chose tickets marked Section: G Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase processfrom a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds Thank you, OnlineCityTickets Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My daughter went onto the site for the venue itself moments after the tickets went on saleThere would be no reason to go to a second source while plenty of tickets were available at $eachShe clicked on section CShe must have been redirected to another siteCan I get at least some credit back? Maybe $300.00? I would greatly appreciate itWe have been going back and forth with this since early JulyThank you Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/10/08) */ Ms [redacted] claims that her daughter was deceptively redirected to our siteThis is not the caseWe should note that our website makes it clear that we are not a venue, and not affiliated with any venueThis fact is clearly noted on every checkout page and at the top of our homepage, which features the following statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." Ms [redacted] clearly did not purchase her order through the DAR Constitution Hall Furthermore, we assure Ms***'s daughter that she was shown the same checkout page that is clearly displayed to all our customersThis page presents a detailed order breakdown that shows the price of tickets and the service and shipping fees, and ends with the total charge listed in bolded textThe total is later restated directly above the "Place Order" buttonAs indicated in our previous response, customers must explicitly agree to our terms and complete each part of the process; failure to do so prevents the order from being completed We recognize that Ms [redacted] has requested a substantial refundHowever, due to the nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must enforce an "all sales are final" policy; because the seller received notice that their tickets were sold the moment the order was placed, we are unable to honor that requestWe have offered a resolution to Ms [redacted] and she has declined that optionWe believe that we have addressed her concerns, and consider this matter resolvedIf Ms [redacted] has additional questions, we encourage her to contact our customer service team Thank you, OnlineCityTickets

Great transaction and fast delivery
I am rejecting the claim because while I did go through the verification process the tickets received are NOT in accordance to stipulated seat assignment The vendor asserts they "upgraded" seats BUT failed to acknowledge system initial processing leading up to exchange I am simply requesting purchase protection under their guaranteed satisfaction clause, asking for full refund for un-used tickets. Respectfully,
I paid $per ticket on their siteThe ticket they sent me was and $in feesThat's a 100%+ markup! Shame on you!
I have received my order, thanks to remind me

As Ms [redacted] stated, she placed this order over the phone on 11/29/at 3:PM CSTAfter Ms [redacted] agreed to three tickets in Section: Lower Level Row: 21, she was asked if she agreed to Online City Tickets Sales Terms and Conditions and that she was aware that she may be paying above face value and that all sales are final to which she agreed.?
