I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on an extended hold, when I called to complain The associate did not acknowledge my complaint This is a scam company If I knew that I was on one of those type of web sites, I would not have bought the tickets

I am rejecting this response because: based on the response, the company did not read my complaint. It specifically says on the email (the email was on 6/- not 8/as stated in the response) "If there is an issue at the venue, call us immediately at ***" So, why is that printed on the email? We had an issue at the venue and called immediately but there was no one there to answer the phone. Was that on purpose? No one available the night of a concert? I need an answer to this question. This is fraud. I stated that the tickets were not printed before my daughter left for the hour drive. She was excited about getting to the concert. So there is no alternative? You are just out of luck if you forget? There was no other way to get them printed? Were we suppose to lie to the venue? Is that a reasonable expectation? If the company puts that statement out there to call immediately if you have problems at the venue, then the expectation is that you will call that number to get help. We did not get any help. If we would have received help, then this entire situation could have been avoided. The company failed to meet expectations and should have offered another way to get the tickets printed when you are hours from home. My $is to be refunded immediately as that is the only acceptable resolution.

I've received my tickets (which were electronic) but have not tried to use them yetTheir practice is to add a large service fee after you select your tickets, but they flag the price change at that point so it was okBetter would be if they display the service fee up front either with or in addition to the ticket priceAnyway, it was an acceptable value to me since the shows were sold out and I couldn't find anyone else selling ticketsHopefully, the tickets I received will workSo far so good!

Ms*** believed she was purchasing tickets directly from the DAR Constitution Hall, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceOur checkout process gave Ms*** multiple opportunities to examine the full details of her orderWhen Ms*** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMs*** was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she/ was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $828.75, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." Furthermore, we assure Ms***'s daughter that she was shown the same checkout page that is clearly displayed to all our customersThis page presents a detailed order breakdown that shows the price of tickets and the service and shipping fees, and ends with the total charge listed in bolded textThe total is later restated directly above the "Place Order" buttonAs indicated in our previous response, customers must explicitly agree to our terms and complete each part of the process; failure to do so prevents the order from being completed
We recognize that Ms*** has requested a substantial refundHowever, due to the nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must enforce an "all sales are final" policy; because the seller received notice that their tickets were sold the moment the order was placed, we are unable to honor that request We have offered a resolution to Ms*** and she has declined that optionWe believe that we have addressed her concerns, and consider this matter resolvedIf Ms*** has additional questions, we encourage her to contact our customer service team
