I am rejecting this response because: The company has made no real effort to address the complaint other than the same pre printed emails that do not address the true issueThey are a mimic websiteThe tickets where not clearly stated as $They where $The company charge an almost 100% mark up feeAnd, it is owned by a man who has already been sued by the FTC for the same type of practicesI do not nor will I accept their respondThey need to refund the money they falsely charged.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is simply not trueThroughout the entire ordering process, I was presented with confirmation of tickets to *** Place in Grand Rapids, Mi for the date of Sept 10thNot the venue or date that Online City tickets claims I orderedI previously uploaded the site and link in which we ordered the tickets, which came directly from the venue of *** Place in Grand Raoids, MiI immediately called On Line City tickets when I received the incorrect tickets by email to print at home and sincerely thought On Line Ciry tickets would recognize their mistakeThey didn't and wouldn't even listen to our complaintThey know it's nearly impossible to prove our order was switched once ticketed which must be why they have almost complaints with the Revdex.com regarding similar complaintsThere is obviously a pattern of deceptionI bought these tickets in honor of my Father who passed away weeks prior to placing this order for my wife and family to have an enjoyable night out after months of very difficult timesIn turn, I have spent over hrs of my personal time trying to prove something very difficult to do- that we were deceived out of $to a concert in a state we've never been nor intend to goWe bought tickets for *** Place in Grand Rapids,Mi, as we live thereTicket scalpers are sneaky and with today's technology, would have numerous ways to switch info unbeknownst to the purchaserI will continue this fight in court if need beI never received what I ordered- it's that simple
The product is fine and I received my tickets fast, however I remain unhappy with the exorbitant price of the service charge and email delivery I will not be returning to this site because of these extreme charges
Fast service easy to use site

I am rejecting this response because: yes of course you make it legalDoes not mean that you do not take advantage of your customersI clicked on cancel once I received your confirmationI called customer service to tell them that I cancelledThey told me that there was nothing else to doMy credit card was chargedAs well, there were huge feesI had the email that offered to cancelIt did not and your customer service were not professional or unwilling to helpThe re routing from ticket master was a fraud and meant to deceive the customer because of theatre routingThere were no other options shown for different pricesYes, your company made it legal, it is notIt is a website that takes advantage of peopleI was not notified on the website that this ticket would have someone else's nameI knew then I was taken advantage ofI canceled the transaction and I was then again taken advantage ofI only was notified of the different name after the transactionI chose to cancel my transaction and it was not RespectedThis company has hundreds of similar stories and these were never resolvedCity Tickets is a company built on taken advantage of people and should be regulatedIf people do not report these transactions, it will keep happeningYour letter is a standard letter with info changed as neededWhy do you have this standard letter of responseBecause it happens with such great frequency that this is your company's responseI will provide the emails that show the time and the critical info is the last email. I am rejecting this response because: The basis of my issue is Online City Tickets uses the URL "www.pensacolacenter.com" as the originating website which then redirects to their website leading to a mental model for the consumerStarting from the "www.pensacolacenter.com" website leads to the sense the consumer is purchasing from the true Pensacola Bay CenterPeople make a mental model based on this information and then seek out the information that confirms their mental model, as in the case of starting from "www.pensacolacenter.com", seeing the large bold statement "Pensacola Center", then after the redirect the colors, font, etc are all the same except it is now "Online City Tickets"Human factors studies show that people interact with a device they will engage with the parts of the instructions that fit their mental model and gloss over the parts that don't; as in the case of the terms/notifications etc about resale and not official venue sales.A consumers thinking is closely related to reality because they base their predictions about the system on their mental models and thus plan their future actions based on how that model predicts the appropriate courseIt should be a prime goal for website designers to make the user interface communicate the system's basic nature well enough that users form reasonable accurate mental modelsIn the complaint I am highlighting, Online City Tickets is not allowing the consumer to form a reasonable accurate mental model by the use of the "www.pensacoalcenter.com" website

I am rejecting this response because: I contend that online city tickets fraudulently redirected me from a ticketmaster site to theirs While not knowing I was on this fraudulent site, I thought that the ticket price and charges were legit Therefore I agreed to pay them, although I did complain (in writing a comment) that I thought the fees were excessive, and wondered about the charge to email tickets Once again let me reiterate that I thought that I was on a ticketmaster site, so therefore I thought that while the prices seemed high, it was just the cost Please note that buying concert tickets is very tough these days, as evident by this transaction, so you never really know what the cost is I only discovered the ripoff when I was comparing prices with a friend It was then that I discovered the ruse One thing to note is that I was on a hotel wi-fi, which is an open network I believe this open network makes it easy for an unscrupulous company, such as online city tickets, to redirect without a user’s knowledge and rip them off

I am rejecting this response because: The vendor is using questionable selling practices and has a responsibility to disclose the specifics of the terms of purchase when a purchase is made over the phone not make a blanket statement asking if you agree to their termThe vendor also is not honoring its money back guaranteeThe guarantee is applicable in this instance because the vendor guarantee that there would not be ANY issues with the tickets, which was not the case because the arena could not honor any changes to the tickets because the were issued in someone else's name - which was not disclosed or ever discussed with meIn addition the vendor is upselling the tickets for more than 100% of the face value on their website which leads the purchaser to believe that they are actually purchasing tickets of a higher valueI will continue to pursue all available legal avenues to ensure future reimbursement of my funds by this companyI will not accept this response
