I use a free software Ooen Office so I declined Microsoft 10'upgrade SECERAL TIMES A DAY,however they downloaded it to my computer anyway without my permission and interfered with the program I use, caused my printer to default to their program file , prevented me from save as function and caused a serious delay in my business timeline
