Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept this response and would like Microsoft to provide a refund based on my original complaint I currently own a Microsoft Surface that has not worked for the of the months I've owned it It is unacceptable to presume there is no issue due to providing replacements The root issue is that I do not have a functioning system (months now) that is reinforced by the fact that I do not have a complete system (I'm missing the pen...I cannot use this product without it) To add insult to injury, the new system Surface is due to arrive in a couple months now Had I known this, perhaps I would have waited till the new system entered the market Seeing Microsoft's answer to this claim further reinforces my future (negative) thoughts of Microsoft products and my buying decision as a consumer I just want a refund...this should be a no-brainer Sincerely, [redacted]
