Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been contacted directly by a Microsoft representative named Meredith whose job title is Customer Relationship ManagerAfter several emails and two phone calls discussing a possible resolution for this issue, she claimed that all she could offer is a "one-time tamper exemption"She explained that since the console has been tampered with and is well outside the warranty period, it is not eligible for warranty service, but she was offering an exemption for meThis response clearly indicated to me that she did not truly understand the complaint, so I explained it several more times, making myself extremely clear, yet she continued to offer the same disproportionate resolution claiming that anything else would be impossible.This resolution offer is absolutely unacceptableHow anyone could understand the awful experience I was forced to endure and still consider this resolution appropriate - the same warranty service that should have been granted a full year ago - is beyond me.I have attached a document that thoroughly details my entire experience for the records.At this point I have been advised by a Revdex.com representative to take my case to the Office of the Attorney General and that is precisely what I intend to do Sincerely, [redacted]
