Complaint: [redacted] Thank you very much for the credit to the accountI appreciate it, however that only solves part of the problemSeveral questions still remain about my security that I need responses from from SkypeThey provided a link to their security page, none of which resolves my personal concerns and issues with my situationThe unauthorized calls still remain listed on my accountWhat is the effect of keeping them there? I have downloaded the list of them for my records, but should I delete them now from the account? If I remove them, what happens in the future should there be any issues?I am still certain that the issue of my account's security has been handledWhat steps have been taken by Skype to determine how my account was hacked and who those people are? What kind of information might they now have about me? What measures is Skype taking to protect my account now that they have acknowledged the calls were unauthorized?Is my account secure to use?Should I change the email address associated with the account to maintain further security?
