Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel the issue is not yet resolved, but am pleased to be contacted again I believe the last contact we had with Microsoft on this matter was in the first week of January Kia was our 'escalation analyst' in the US and the title of her emails included the character string " [redacted] " Our purchase order number was [redacted] , and our assigned call reference numbers from the Microsoft telephone support group were: [redacted] which we received over the course of a dozen telephone calls in December and January I hope the information you find supports our complaint that the laptop we were delivered had a fraction of the screen resolution that was advertised, purchased, and described in the internal Microsoft purchase order details Sincerely, [redacted] ***
