I believe the last ticket from the help desk was [redacted] I did call for tech support again twice but they refused to escalate my problem to level support where I had at least made some progress previously On the level support all they do is repeat the same actions again and again, and the problem is never fixed It wastes many hours of my time (and theirs, different person each time, multi-hour sessions) and in the end I am worse off than when I started Each time they uninstall or reinstall Outlook, I have to set up my email addresses and the server sends me hundreds of messages, even more time consuming I have had to purchase a new computer and new software The Microsoft support center completely failed me The best solution at this point is to refund the amount of my tech support subscription and a refund of months' Office subscription (since Sept2015) Thank you

Revdex.com: The only number that was provided was from GLOBE TECHNOTONICS LLC is VN [redacted] GLOBE TECHNOTON also stated that they or MICROSOFT were the only ones that could provide this service of removing viruses Received message from NORTON SECURITY that a Security was in conflict with NORTON Security and recommended that the Security be uninstalledSecurity was installed by GLOBE TECHNOTONICI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory provided my account is credited [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Here is the chat number [redacted] The chat started at and continued until on 12/30/ The rep was unable to resolve the issue She stated there were no age appropriate games available for free to download with the membership She was unable to find any games similar to Minecraft appropriate for a ten year old that they could play together She was also unable to provide anywhere in advertising that the two systems could not play with each other The membership was advertised for families Why aren't the limitations disclosed in the advertising?
