Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been told the same thing, plus some lies mixed in, for over two months nowIt would seem to me at this point, simply sending me a console of equal value of the one I sent in would be the best resolutionInstead I'm told to wait patientlyI have paid for subscriptions that only are accessible with Xbox one, and that money is currently being wastedI have been a dedicated customer of Xbox for over years and feel that there has been little effort to keep me as suchI have been patient, but we have exceeded ridiculousThis has been an ongoing(nearing three month) fiasco, all due to a misdiagnosis from Xbox customer supportSincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I already sent your home office two letters, one registered, with all the information you need to see that someone charged me fees they were not given permission to I also mailed you a copy of my bank statement which showed Microsoft charges and what they returned already and what is still outstanding I have tried you help desk more then times being on hold and transferred to every department you have IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE ORDER NUMBER IS NOT CORRECT AND I HAVE AND DID ALREAFY MAIL YOU A COPY OF THE RECEIIT OF THIS FRAUDULANT CHARGE I will once again mail it all to you by this weekend and this time I will mail it requiring a signature to be returned to me I want you to know that I will not drop this, This time however I will also contact consumer affairs and go to the police with all the paperwork for a report I have tried to deal with this calmly but at this point I have had enough of your giving me the run around Obviously you did not even read my letter otherwise you would have known how many times I attempted the help desk, who by the way told me to contact your corporate headquartersThis is a disgrace [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: When contacted by microsoft the person who handled my claim was not very informedI feel she did not have the training needed to fix the problemHowever I made one more try to recover my account and by some miracle I was able to recover it, This after a month of trying unsuccessfully to do soSo while microsoft did very little to assist, yet I have now gained access to the account and so have no basis for further actionI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all I doubt you actually checked wth the enforcement team second I would really like to know which code I violeated because I have read the code of conduct over and over, but not once did I read that if you have other people's accounts on your Xbox and they get com banned on their than my console should be banned or suspended for there actionsSo I honestly don't know why my console got banned because I personally haven't sent a msg since around February to April since Xbox suspended my profile then elongated that suspension when I made a case review and they didn't like what I had to say plus they didn't tell me or email me that they added the suspensionIt didn't even show up on theenforcement page, So I have been waiting for my account to be unbanned yet apparently in that time I violated a code of conduct having to do wth messagesHow does that make any sense the only people that have sent msg are people who I am friends wth personally but they have their own Xbox, they got com banned using their own Xbox but since those accounts are related to my Xbox you banned me and that's just not right Sincerely, [redacted]
