Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of Microsoft's policies, it is unreasonable to expect a consumer to pay $for a product that is supposed to last years when in actuality, it won't last even a few months This is especially ridiculous when the information provided by Microsoft also leads the consumer to believe that, when bundled, the controller is covered by the same one year warrantyIt's unacceptable that a company as large and successful as Microsoft will not stand by their products when they do not meet the kind of reasonable standards its customers have come to expectIt's clear as day that there is something wrong with this productComplete failure of several components after light use and proper care is not acceptable by any meansI'm wholeheartedly convinced that had I treated the controller as one normally would, then it would have failed within the unreasonably short month warranty periodI should not be taken advantage of simply because I babied my controller and trusted Microsoft to make a quality product as they have in the pastSincerely, [redacted]
