Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: my account was hacked I had know knowledge of anything or what was happening this needs to be resolved by unbanning my account I had no knowledge of whatever you guys are saying I did try telling that to support and enforcement and have been not listened too I tried changing information on account by the time I had a chance to I was already banned for something I had no part of I have read on your forums of people getting band because of people reporting for no reason and the banning of accounts for no reason this needs to be further looked into and I am very disappointed on how this matter has been takenI have been a memeber for ten years and hope on all purchase reimbursements, because I am not able to recover anything games, content etc Sincerely, [redacted]

Today Saturday 8/23/I called up times from 8:am to 10:am to Microsoft 1800-642-after speaking with two repsthey put me on hold for hrsLoosing another day of work.I work as a translator and I need to have access online, my PC crash without warning and the system is slowSo I loose today $ again.This people answer the phone they put you on hold and they never answerI give up my day of calls waiting for tomorrowThe updates are still crashing(error 1)

Complaint: [redacted] I'm actually not accepting OR rejecting this response (but there was no other option given).I'm happy that someone from Skype is willing to look into this, but the issue is not at this point 100% resolved.My Skype account username is: [redacted] I notice that the account has since been suspendedI was unable to get this information at all from customer service, and had to figure it out myselfIf I can have Skype's assurance that the account will stay permanently suspended or will be deleted, then everything is resolved.I look forward to receiving a solution from Skype.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
