Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I cannot get anyone on the phone because no one answers Secondly I went to send an email online, but I cannot do that unless I sign up for a microsoft email address, which I do not want to do I should be able to contact them through my regular email account, but it seems I have to sign up for a Microsoft account When I hold on the line for customer service for over minutes, I think that's a problem I don't seem to be able to contact them I will continue trying, but I don't really expect much at this point Still frustrated..now have a programs that don't work correctly and so far one has been lost due to this upgrade Sincerely, [redacted]
