Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: New details are as follows, I called a manager and he setup the AE repair your spoke of in your response, I told him since the last repair console they sent had the exact same symptoms as my original launch (no power to the system whatsoever) that my guess would be the power brick has been the issue all along and never the console but he said he spoke to his tech department and they say since my power brick is showing a solid orange light it has to be the console, so I trusted him and let him do the AE repair, charge my credit card another $plus tried making me pay another $shipping on top of the $they had me pay initially for the first repair but somehow that got worked outOf course this AE repair system came and guess what?? NO POWER AGAIN!! It's blatantly obvious its the power brick and you guys have misdiagnosed and wasted a lot of my time and money, not only have you had me send in my original launch console I got on day one and would have liked to kept as a day one collector, especially if there was nothing wrong with it in the first place and its been the power brick the whole time but I doubt you guys can can give me it back but what I do expect is I send back the first repair console so you can refund me my $holding fee, as well I want the original $'console' repair fee refunded on my credit card since you guys misdiagnosed and I never needed one to begin with otherwise I will be calling my credit card company to dispute that chargeI still am in need of the much cheaper power brick to fix my original issue and considering everything you guys have put me through for an entire month of running around, I'd hope you would just send me the power brick but considering microsoft charges me at every turn for anything they can I won't hold my breath but even if I have to pay I will, I just need one to finally end this nightmareSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If the console had broken because of something that I did, or because of wear and tear or age, then I would accept that you will not fix it because it is past it's warranty However, it broke as a direct result of an "update" sent by your company You broke my console, therefore, you are responsible for fixing it, regardless of when the warranty expired I also want to note that I find it highly suspicious that the console broke as a result of an update that you sent exactly two years to the day of when I purchased it If I had purchased the extended warranty with my console, then the update that you sent that broke it would have broken it the day after the warranty expired! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:-After the experience yesterday I called bing told them I wanted the account deleted, would not be doing business with them and that I did not want my card charged for anything- Since I had gotten no clicks to my site from them because of all the complicationsAfterwards I tried to log back in and it said my account was suspended, and I couldnt use itI also have a email saying the same thing Sometime in the middle of the night they reactivated my account fed my site like clicks, charged my card bucks and it was still running when I logged in and paused that campaign So they activated a account I had asked to be deleted and I had no access to and should have been inactiveThen charged meI am disputing this with the bank and I have responded to their message that said my account was shut down telling them I would be adding this to my complaintCompletely unethical practices they are using hereUnbelievable Thanks [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***
