Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again I truly hope that Revdex.com steps in and truly has Microsoft address the issue of their algorithmI hope someone is looking at the results from my Bing search and will admit there has to be some type of issue Please explain when I do an explicit search on my name in Bing and type with double quotes “ [redacted] ***”, and the search results shows the Radaris Contacts Us page appears In my opinion, then something is wrong somewhere It also shows BackgroundFinder’s opt out page in the results On neither site are the letters “***” displayed, nor is it contained within the HTML, so why would Bing show that URL in its results? They (Microsoft) finally respond that their tool is not broken; however, in February I was directed by their Support Engineer to use another form to correct the issue, which I did and the issue did not get fixed they only sent me canned messages to be patient Furthermore, if Microsoft considers this issue closed, and it has gone to the “Global Escalation Services team” and they have thoroughly investigated it, please tell me why forward it to another department? What other department is there for an issue they say they have investigated, noted my feedback, and even closed the case? Help Revdex.com Help! Sincerely, [redacted]
