Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Microsoft asked for a service request number in response to my complaint about their product quality and subsequent customer serviceIt will cost me $(64% of original product price) to submit a service request where I ship the defunct product back to them and presumably receive a refurbished one in returnReally? I might as well take my business to a company that has better customer service when something goes wrong with their productIs this the day I start buying Apple products? I acknowledge the "buyer beware" atmosphere of the market, but I though Microsoft was better than thatFrom now on I'll be telling people to beware of MicrosoftI've never been motivated to write a negative review in my life until this.Microsoft, if you have a better solution, but don't have any other way to request my address, you can call me at [redacted] I'm not paying $to replace a quality defectThe serial number of my surface pro is [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Microsoft is refusing to act responsibly with regard to this matterMicrosoft continues to stonewall me over this issueI have provided the full details of my complaint through the Revdex.com and I expect Microsoft to due it's part by resolving this matter rather than pointing me to a channel they know will be a dead to any of my attempts to restore my profile to a status, in as much as they've already stated in this latest response of theirs, "..We apologize for the typo, however the situation remains the sameThe Enforcement team oversees all bans from accessing accounts...The only way to receive more information regarding these a ban or suspension is through the enforcement links; we are unable to provide assistance with this type of matter...At this time, Microsoft considers this matter closed..." Microsoft is obviously trying to get rid of me rather than to address my issue of concern which is the main focus of my complaint I hereby implore the Revdex.com to contact Microsoft's "Enforcement team" as aforementioned in their response for the purpose of facilitating a proper resolutionThe entire reason I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place is because I don't trust Microsoft to do the right thing with regard to this matter and thus far, Microsoft has proven that it is more concerned with it's own image as self-portrayed rather than to allow it's own customer's constructive criticism I have not violated any of Microsoft's terms of service in my posts to the Microsoft Community forum's yet my profile has been locked and obscured within the community forums of which I posted toThis is blatant censorship of my right to voice my opinions, concerns, and/or know-how, regarding their services, as permitted via their own terms of service policy I again implore the Revdex.com to help me avoid Microsoft's attempt to placate this matter simply because they just want it to go away along with my unapologetic yet respectfully truthful posts This is a classic example of censorship and it should not happen in this country-------period! If I visit the so-called "enforcement links" Microsoft has alluded to in it's response, that's just simply going to permit them to quell my concerns completely since it appears they're not intent upon changing this decision they made as noted in their response, despite the fact that they've clearly showed they were not even referring to the correct account to begin with I will certainly consider contacting the ACLU regarding this matter should the Revdex.com prove to be inefficient in aiding me with this issue.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe an investigation was launchedIf you had, you would have seen my account logged into from two IP addresses, one being mine the other the hackerI do not feel Microsofts action against me was justEspecially due to the fact you are denying me of my access to the games I paid forIf you provide any proof I'll drop the matter all togetherDue to the fact you don't even want to tell me why I was ban makes me feel like the most amount of effort Microsoft has put in to fix this was sending these repliesP.SI know why I was ban they told me on the enforcement forumSincerely, [redacted] ***
