Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is erroneously being handled as a scam. Unless the entire process involving $2200 was a scam, the only amount in question was the $1200 which was a charge that surprised me just as Microsoft and I were concluding the software maintenance contract at the agreed upon price of $1000.
What needs to be investigated is whether the entire process of obtaining the contract was a scam; or, whether it was not a scam but the additional $1200 in question was never discussed and therefore not a part of our agreement.

The issue has been resolved by giving me credit to re-purchase problematic songs and albums.  I had previously purchased  them, but Groove/MS was no longer allowing me to listen to them.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
it was impossible to get in touch with a customer rep in the past 6 months and they never responded to my complaint email. As a result, I lost the use of two phone #s at a cost of $60 and the hassle it took to reestablish new phone #s and to communicate with all contacts to let them know how to get in touch with me.
 
in addition, I may have lost numerous contacts who may have wanted to contact me for both personal and business reasons.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I believe this requires a more substantial reparation than just lifting the block you had on my account for the past 6 months.
