discontinued support for the Windows Vista operating system, but will not be able to replace your computer. Your best option is to consult a third party software support provider.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I deserve an explanation; because this vague response is not helping me as a consumer resolve this issue or help me understand better on how I got banned. With much evidence and knowledge, I know that the Enforcement team is a third party system. It is not ran by Microsoft employees. It is in fact ran by Xbox Live gamers who first qualify to become Xbox Ambassadors, and then once they are Xbox Ambassadors these gamers who qualify can join the Enforcement team. These are not educated, professional Microsoft employees. They are just Xbox Live community game players given the responsibility of banning and suspending players. Microsoft does not want to be held accountable for the Enforcement teams actions; therefore this is why no explanation is being given to me. I deserve an explanation and details resulting in this ban. I'm not being treated fairly and I hope the Revdex.com can understand the points that I'm making. For one, I was a part of XBOX AMBASSADORS & THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM. I studied the material and passed the test to become a part of the Enforcement team. It just shows that anyone, kid or adult can join. Microsoft is giving these unqualified, not fully knowledgeable gamers privileges to have the ability to execute suspensions and bans, look into my billing, (which should be private and secure and they should not be able to look into it because they do not work for Microsoft's billing department) and more from my experience be able to remote control access my Xbox, account, information, etc. Someone even changed my gamertag photo after I was banned. Which shows that these people can do whatever they want too.I have lost $1,000 plus dollars due to his ban with no explanation. All of my digital games are not playable anymore through my family account because of an Xbox update that took place a couple weeks after I had been playing my games on my family account. All I want to mostly do is transfer my game licenses to another gamertag. Microsoft claims they want to help, but their isn't even a number to call the Enforcement. I'm being defrauded by Microsoft. All I keep getting is the same response. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe an investigation was launched. If you had, you would have seen my account logged into from two IP addresses, one being mine the other the hacker. I do not feel Microsofts action against me was just. Especially due to the fact you are denying me of my access to the games I paid for. If you provide any proof I'll drop the matter all together. Due to the fact you don't even want to tell me why I was ban makes me feel like the most amount of effort Microsoft has put in to fix this was sending these replies. P.S. I know why I was ban they told me on the enforcement forumSincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: it's not 3rd party content purchased whenever I bought the points from Microsoft. It's called Microsoft points and you can use them in any game to purchase anything online. So I would like to know how to contact someone who will help me with the $50 that was spent and that I no longer have because a technology company is to incompetent to have a secure gaming system to where hackers can't access your account and steal your stuff and then Microsoft not feel responsible and return your stolen money. I would love to have contact info to speak to an CEO or CO of this company and maybe then I can be treated like a valued customer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
