I tried that 6 months ago and they told me that I would have to shell out more money than the device was worth for the repairs.  [redacted] you, Microsoft.  Whoever is reading this should be ashamed.  Cost me hundreds of dollars and because your software had a problem the device no longer works.  [redacted] you.

     Your company missed what I was saying once again.  I don't have a request number because I was not given one.  Secondly, I no longer have the product in question.  Thirdly, this does not change the very lengthy time that your company took in responding in the first place.  Lastly, your company, to date, has made no attempt to contact me directly about this.  Your company can apologize all that it wants to.  It doesn't change what happened and that it dropped the ball.  All your rebuttals have shown is how your company still doesn't care about its customers or at least me.

After reviewing your account history and service request numbers it appears one of our GES Unauthorized Access agents has reviewed your claim and already concluded this is not a fraudulent case, as your Xbox 360 was previously used at your location as the primary console for your Xbox Live Account. As mentioned by our agent, we are unable to provide refunds on issues pertaining to a sold, discarded or traded console unit. Due to this reason we consider this matter closed and will no longer be responding.
