Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Not sure why you would email me back at an address that I never gave you.  That is not my email address.  My correct email address is [redacted]@hotmail.com, the one I have given each time it has been requested.  
Also, I will not consider this complaint resolved until I have a working laptop back in my hands.  What is the estimated time for repair/evaluation/or replacement?  As I've said before, I work from home on my laptop, and I've been losing income every single day since the day I installed Windows 10.  So far that is 12 days, nearly half a month.

Complaint: [redacted]I don't understand what is meant by "accepting" or "rejecting" a response.  They have asked me a question, so I will try to answer it.
 
Thank you for replying to the Revdex.com complaint.  I was not given a number when I spoke the to customer service representative, but I do have the full conversation if you wish me to email that to you.  It was done through chat on your web site.  The customer service representative is Emirey S. and it was on January 18th.  She/he was very polite but didn't have the authority to solve the problem.Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:Although this is my 3rd reference number. This one is the most recent [redacted]. I would also like to add that the last 2 times I have contacted microsoft, my request was just to receive some type of correspondence recognizing that they are still working on it. This response to a Revdex.com complaint is the first time I have heard from microsoft, going on 3 weeks. This is incredibly frustrating considering the amount of products that I pay for yearly/monthly. (fraudulent claims aside)Sincerely, [redacted]

Your best options would be to contact your bank about the charge, or wait for the release date.  We apologize that we are unable to deliver your desired resolution.  At this time, Microsoft considers this case closed.
