I am STILL getting automatic downloads and at times at the MOST IN-Oprotune times. It slowes down my computer to a crawl. I still can NOT use my anti-virous. I must reset my Flight sim addon nearly every time I get a download. And did I mention the FACT that I HATE WINDOWS 10? I HATE WINDOWS 10! Windows 10 reminds me of the i
s that set up o'bamacare. All I want is to get rid of Windows 10 and get my Windows 7 back and the automatic downloads to STAY OFF.

Your product has a common defect that should be replaced outside the 90 day warranty if the consumer experiences the defect. It's pretty sad that your standard controller which retails for about $40-$60 (depending on where you purchase it) performs better than your supposed Elite controller which retails for $149.99. Your team most certainly will not set up a paid exchange of my controller as I will never purchase an Xbox Elite controller again. Furthermore as a die hard Xbox supporter that recently purchased a PS4 to play the Uncharted series, I will be making my console purchases strictly for the PS4 moving forward. Thankfully my Xbox Live subscription is so to renew on 1/1/17 and I will not be renewing at that time. At least Sony acts like they care about their customer's experience with their products which is more than I can say about Microsoft. Thank you Microsoft for making a difficult decision easier for myself. I must say I am very disappointed in your company and your lack of customer service.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because requesting refund of $263 for reimage repair caused by a known MS update error that corrupted operating system. See original complaint information.
FYI, just recently another known issue of corrupted user login screen has had a "fix" applied with help of MS support. But, again another instance of known issue with no known repair other than to recreate user login.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This does not rectify my complaint which is paying a fee to Microsoft for a system update issue that they put out that has left my Xbox One inoperable. This response is a blatant slap to the face by Microsoft and clearly shows that you are more worried about taking my money instead of owning up to a faulty device with a less than stellar warranty. It is greatly documented that your "one year" warranty is inadequate. I have wasted alot of time and money on your product and company just for you to give me the finger and tell me too bad so sad.
